Pairing to a Device and Playing Audio
1. PowerontheunitbyslidingthePOWER SwitchtotheONposition.
The pairing indicator will slowly ash blue beneath the Power switch. 
2. PressandholdthePair buttontobeginpairing.
The pairing indicator will begin ashing quickly. When pairing, remain within
3 feet of the unit.
3. UsingthecontrolsonyourBluetoothdevice,scanforandselectISBW405in
yourBluetoothsettingstopair.Ifyourdevicerequestsapassword,enterthe
defaultpassword0 0 0 0.
Refer to the user’s manual for your specic device for instructions on pairing
and connecting Bluetooth devices.
4. Whensuccessfullypaired,theblue LED lightwillturnsolidandanaudible
beepwillsoundthroughthespeakers.
5. Usethecontrolsonthespeakerorontheconnecteddevicetoselectand
playaudio,andadjustthevolume.
6. AudioplayedthroughtheconnectedBluetoothdevicewillnowbeheard
throughthespeaker.

After initial pairing, the unit will stay paired unless unpaired manually by
the user or erased due to a reset of the device. If your device should become
unpaired or you nd it is unable to connect, repeat the above steps.
ThisunithasanIPX4levelofwaterresistance.Thismakesitsuitableforindoor
andoutdooruseinthepresenceofincidentalorlightexposuretosplashingwater,
rain,orsnow.Watersplashingagainsttheenclosurefromanyangleshouldhave
noharmfuleects.Itisnotrecommendtosubmergethisspeakerinwaterforany
amountoftime.
IMPORTANT:Toensureyourspeakerispreparedforuseinawetenvironment,
disconnectandremoveanypowercables,andtightlyclosethewatercaponthe
rearoftheunit.Ifthewatercapisnotproperlyclosed,waterresistancewillbe
compromisedandcouldresultindamagetothespeakerorpersonalinjury.

Charging
Requires a Micro-USB to USB cable (included).
Whentheunitischarging,theLED indicatoronthefrontoftheunitwill display
solid red.Whentheunitisfullycharged,theLED indicator will turn o.
1. UsingaMicro-USBtoUSBcable(included),connectthelargerUSB plugto
theUSB portofapoweredoncomputerorUSBpoweradaptor.
2. ConnectthesmallerMicro-USB plugintotheMicro-USB portofthe
charger.Theunitwillnowcharge.

Note: Be sure the computer is not in sleep mode.
WARNING: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, CHARGE THE SPEAKER
WHILE IT IS NEAR WATER. BEFORE CHARGING, ALLOW AMPLE TIME TO DRY
AFTER BEING SPLASHED.
Solar Charging
1. Placetheunitfacingupwardsindirectsunlight.
2. Theinternalbatterywillchargeoncethesolarpaneldetectsenoughlight.

Note: To fully charge the battery on solar power alone may take 25+ hours
depending on weather conditions. The Solar Power Indicator will dim according
to the level of solar power being received.
Using Aux In (3.5mm Audio Input)
Requires a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
1. Connecta3.5mmaudiocabletotheAux Inontherearofunitandtheaudio
output/headphone jackonamediaplayer.
2. PowerontheunitbyslidingthePOWER SwitchtotheONposition.
The Pairing Indicator will light green.
3. Usethecontrolsontheconnecteddevicetoselectandplayaudio.
