4. When you press [Search] on the list screen, it can be queried with the set IP address and <Login OK>.

If its status is not queried with <Login OK>, please log in on the [Credential] menu to be queried with

<Login OK>.

You can update to the latest firmware for the product using the device manager.

The network audio product does not support the download the latest firmware’s download function.

Please download the latest firmware (modelname_version.imkp) to your PC from the Hanwha Techwin website

(http://www.hanwha-security.com).

When selecting firmware for each product and running [Upgrade], the status will change to <50%> from

<Login OK>.

When the firmware update is completed and the system is rebooted, the status will change to <Please wait

until the program starts.>. After it reaches 100%, it will change to <Success>

If you update multiple products at the same time, the update will proceed sequentially by four units at a time.
