ExposureStatement:
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment.Thisequipment should be installed and operated
withminimumdistance20cmbetweentheradiator&yourbody.


ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorsunderthe followingconditions:

1) Theantennamustbeinstalledsuchthat20cmismaintainedbetweenthe
antennaandusers,and
2) Thetransmittermodulemaynotbeco‐locatedwithanyothertransmitter
orantenna.

Aslongas2conditionsabovearemet,furthertransmittertestwillnotbe
required.However,theOEMintegratorisstill responsiblefortestingtheir
end‐productforanyadditionalcompliancerequire mentsrequiredwiththis
moduleinstalled

IMPORTANTNOTE:Intheeventthattheseconditionscannotbemet(for
examplecertainlaptopconfigurationsorco‐locationwithanother
transmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationisnolongerconsideredva lidandthe
FCCIDcannotbeusedonthefinalproduct.Inthesecircumstances,theOEM
integratorwillberesponsibleforre‐evaluatingtheendproduct(includingthe
transmitter)andobtainingaseparateFCCauthorization.

EndProductLabeling
Thistransmittermoduleisauthorizedonlyforuseindevicewheretheantenna
maybeinstalledsuchthat20cmmaybemaintainedbetweentheantennaand
users.Thefinalendproductmustbelabeledinavisibleareawiththefollowing:
“ContainsFCCID:NKR‐S236”.Thegrantee'sFCCIDcanbeusedonlywhenall
FCCcompliancerequirementsaremet.

ManualInformationTotheEndUser
The OEM integrator has to be aware not to provide information to the end user
regarding how to install or remove this RF module in the user’s manual of the
end product which integrates this module.
Theendusermanualshallincludeallrequiredregulatoryinformation/wa rning 
asshowinthismanual.

