Troubleshooting
Before sending your monitor for servicing, please check the troubleshooting list
below to see if you can self-diagnose the problem.
VGA / HDMI mode
Problem Current status Remedy
No picture LED on Using the OSD, adjust brightness and
contrast to maximum or reset to their
default settings.
Led Off Check the power switch.
Check if the power cord is properly
connected to the monitor.
Amber Check if the video signal cable is
p
roperly connected at the back of
monitor.
Check if the computer system is
switch
ed on.
Abnormal
picture
Image is missing,
off-center, too
large or too small
on the screen.
Using the OSD, adjust focus, clock, 
H. Position, and V. Position with 
non-standard signals.
Check the display settings on your
system. In case of a missing image,
please select another resolution or
vertical refresh rate.
Wait for a few seconds after adjusting
the siz
e of the image before changing
or disconnecting the signal cable or
switching off the monitor.
Abnormal sound
(for audio-input
models only)
(optional)
No sound, or
s
ound level is too
low.
Check that the audio cable is connected
with the host PC.
Check if the volume setup of the host
PC is in minimum position and try to
raise the volume level.
