Refreshingyourcomputer
Ifyourcomputerdoesnotperformwellandtheproblemmightbecausedbyarecentlyinstalledprogram,
youcanrefreshyourcomputerwithoutlosingyourpersonallesorchangingyoursettings.
Attention:Ifyourefreshyourcomputer,theprogramsthatcamewithyourcomputerandtheprogramsthat
youinstalledfromWindowsStorewillbereinstalled,butallotherprogramswillberemoved.
Torefreshyourcomputer,dothefollowing:
1.Swipeinfromtherightedgeofthescreentodisplaythecharms.
2.TaptheSettingscharm.
3.TapChangePCsettings.
4.TapGeneral.
5.IntheRefreshyourPCwithoutaffectingyourlessection,clickGetstarted.
Resettingyourcomputertothefactorydefaultsettings
Youcanresetyourcomputertothefactorydefaultsettings.Resettingthecomputerwillreinstallthe
operatingsystem,andreinstallalltheprogramsandsettingsthatcamewithyourcomputer.
Attention:Ifyouresetyourcomputer,allyourpersonallesandsettingswillbedeleted.Toavoiddataloss,
makeabackupcopyofallthedatathatyouwanttokeep.
