Cleaning Your Withings Home
To clean your Withings Home, wipe the surface of the cover with a slightly dampened cloth.
The cover that comes with your Withings Home is made of genuine European
White Oak. Do not use any solvent to clean it.
Updating the Firmware
We regularly offer new rmware so that you can benet from the latest features we add
to our products. When new rmware is available, it is automatically installed without any
prompt from the Withings Home app.
Note: You can check which rmware versions your Withings Home uses by tapping
Settings and then tapping your Withings Home. The rmware version is displayed at the
bottom of the screen.
Self-Diagnosing Issues
The Withings Home can self diagnose certain issues. The multicolor night light provides you
with information about the status of your Withings Home.
• A blue light indicates that your Withings Home is ready to be paired with your device
in Bluetooth from the Withings Home app.
• A flashing orange light indicates that your Withings Home cannot connect to your router.
• A red light indicates that the setup of your Withings Home has failed. It can also be
a sign that your VOC level has gone over 2,000 ppm if you’ve activated the air quality
alerts on your Withings Home.
