P RO HO O D LINER Product Information IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS Important product information, including the model and serial number, are listed on the product rating plate. The rating plate is located inside the right wall of the hood liner (filters need to be removed). Refer to the illustration below. S PECIF ICAT IO NS Installation Requirements Install the hood 30" (762) to 36" (914) from the bottom of the hood to the countertop. B LO WER AS S EM BL IE S Pro Hood Liners require an internal, in-line, or remote blower assembly, available through an authorized Wolf dealer. S PECIF ICAT IO NS Discharge Electrical Requirements Pro Hood Liners have a vertical discharge. Refer to the illustration below. Installation must comply with all applicable electrical codes. 2" (54) 5 5/8" (143) Locate the electrical supply as shown in the illustration below. A separate circuit servicing only this appliance is required.
I N S TALLAT IO N Hood Preparation Remove the filters prior to installation. Remove the center filter first, if applicable. To remove, press the filter upward, then rotate the bottom downward. Refer to the illustration below. Installation WARNING Wall framing must be able to support the weight of the hood and internal blower, if applicable. 1 Refer to the illustration below for typical wall framing.
I N S TALLAT IO N Installation 2 Remove the transition from inside the hood by removing the hold-down brackets. Remove the shipping material from the damper. Refer to the illustration below. 3 Mount the transition and hold-down brackets to the top of the hood using the existing screws. Refer to the illustration below. HOLD-DOWN BRACKET TRANSITION 4 Remove the electrical box from the inside of the hood. Refer to the illustration below.
I N S TALLAT IO N Electrical Connections WARNING I N -LI N E / R EM O TE B LO W ER Before making electrical connections, verify the power is turned off at the service panel. 1 onnect the home supply. Connect black to black and C white to white with the provided connectors, and connect the green/bare wire to the ground screw. IMPORTANT NOTE: Refer to installation instructions pro- 2 onnect the blower supply to the power cord provided C with the blower.
I N S TALLAT IO N Complete the Installation F I LT ER S LI GH T B U LB S Orient the filters with the lines running vertically. To install, place the top edge of the filter against the spring, press upward and rotate the bottom into position. Slide the outer filters over to reinstall the center filter, if applicable. Refer to the illustration below. A suction-cup-style light bulb changer is provided with the hood.

T R O UB LES HO O TING Troubleshooting IMPORTANT NOTE: If the hood does not operate properly, follow these troubleshooting steps: • Verify electrical power is supplied to the hood. • Verify proper wiring connections. • If the hood does not operate properly, contact Wolf Factory Certified Service. Do not attempt to repair the hood. Wolf is not responsible for service required to correct a faulty installation.
