The bread settings in this unit will combine ingredients, knead, and make bread from start to finish automatically. Breadmaker Tip: After 5 minutes of kneading, open the lid of the breadmaker and check the dough consistency. The dough should form a soft, tacky ball. If too dry, add liquid. If too wet, add flour.

Place the bread pan on a wire cooling rack for 10 - 15 minutes. Turn the pan upside down and shake the bread out and place the bread onto a wire cooling rack. You can remove the bread from the bread pan immediately after the baking cycle; however, it will require more effort to remove it.
