On the opposite side of the handle is a protruding nub. Line the nub up with the hole located in the back of the bottom housing (see figure 4). Do not put wet plates back into the SwivelBaker™ housing. 4 Wipe the top and bottom housings with a soft cloth. A little metal polish suitable for stainless steel may be used on the stainless steel housing.
