8. Lassen Sie kein Kochgeschirr, das zubereitetes Gargut mit Anteilen von Fett oder Öl enthält, unbeaufsichtigt auf einer eingeschalteten Kochzone stehen. Heiße Fette oder Öle können sich spontan entzünden. 9. Kochutensilien können aufgrund der durch die Lebensmittel weitergeleitete Hitze heiß werden. Verwenden Sie immer Topflappen oder Backofenhandschuhe zum Umgang mit Ihrem Essgeschirr / Kochgeschirr. 10. Die Klingen von Kochfeld-Reinigungsschabern sind äußerst scharf.

VORSICHT! Die Wand und die Einflussbereiche der Wärmeabstrahlung oberhalb der Arbeitsplatte müssen hitzeresistent sein. VORSICHT! 2.3 Auswahl der Installationsumgebung / Maßangaben Schneiden Sie die Einbauöffnung entsprechend der Angaben der Zeichnung in die Arbeitsplatte. Stellen Sie für die Installation und Benutzung einen Mindestfreiraum von 50 mm um die Öffnung herum bereit. Die Dicke der Arbeitsplatte muss mindestens 30 mm betragen. Verwenden Sie für die Arbeitsplatte ausschließlich hitzeresistentes Material, um Deformationen aufgrund der Wärmeabstrahlung des Kochfelds zu vermeiden. 1.

Der Sicherheitsabstand zwischen dem Kochfeld und einem sich darüber befindenden Hängeschrank muss mindestens 760 mm betragen. 2.4.1 Befestigung der Halteklammern 1. Legen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile und weiche Unterlage (verwenden Sie die Verpackung). 2. Üben Sie keine physikalische Kraft auf die Kontrollelemente des Geräts aus.

2.5 Elektrischer Anschluss GEFAHR! Das Gerät darf nur durch eine qualifizierte Fachkraft (Elektrotechniker/-in), welche die landesüblichen gesetzlichen Verordnungen und die Zusatzvorschriften der örtlichen Stromversorgungsunternehmen genau kennt und sorgfältig beachtet, an die Stromversorgung angeschlossen werden. GEFAHR! Alle elektrischen Arbeiten müssen von einer qualifizierten Fachkraft (Elektrotechniker/-in) durchgeführt werden.
8. Überprüfen Sie das Netzanschlusskabel regelmäßig. Bedienung Induktionskochen ist sicher, fortschrittlich effizient und ökonomisch. Elektromagnetische Schwingungen generieren die Hitze direkt im Kochgeschirr. Die Glasplatte kann nur dann heiß werden, wenn sie durch heißes Kochgeschirr aufgeheizt wird.
3.1 Kochzonen und Bedienfeld Lesen Sie die komplette Bedienungsanleitung, bevor Sie das Gerät erstmalig in Betreib nehmen. Beachten Sie hierbei besonders die Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise! Entfernen Sie alle Schutzfolien, die sich noch an dem Gerät befinden können. 3.1.1 Kochzonen A KOCHZONE MAX. 2000 / 2600 W (180*180 mm) B KOCHZONE MAX. 1500 / 2000 W (180*180 mm) C KOCHZONE MAX. 2000 / 2600 W (180*180 mm) D KOCHZONE MAX.
Die GRILLPFANNE GP 1 von SCHNEIDER ist optional gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Wir empfehlen Ihnen die GRILLPFANNE GP 1 zur Verwendung auf den flexiblen Kochzonen Ihres SCHNEIDER-INDUKTIONSKOCHFELDS. Die GRILLPFANNE GP 1 von SCHNEIDER ist die perfekte Ergänzung zu Ihrem Induktionskochfeld. GRILLPFANNE GP 1 ARTIKELNUMMER: 23185 3.1.2 Bedienfeld 1 ANZEIGEN / TASTEN DER KOCHZONEN: Tasten zur AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN. 2 TIMER - TASTE: Zur Aktivierung des TIMERS (s. Kapitel 3.15 BENUTZUNG TIMERS).
3b FUNKTIONEN DER + TASTE: Siehe Punkt 3 oben. Dient außerdem zur Aktivierung der BOOSTER - FUNKTION (beschleunigtes Aufheizen) FUNKTION). (s. Kapitel 3.8 BOOSTER- 4 TASTENSPERRE: Taste zur Aktivierung / Deaktivierung der Tastensperre (s. Kapitel 3.9 TASTENSPERRE). 5 AN / AUS - TASTE: Benutzen Sie diese Taste, um das Kochfeld ein- bzw. auszuschalten. 6 STOP+GO - TASTE: Zur Aktivierung / Deaktivierung der STOP+GO - FUNKTION (s. Kapitel 3.10 STOP+GO - FUNKTION).
3.3 Vor der ersten Benutzung Reinigen Sie die Oberfläche des Geräts (siehe Kapitel REINIGUNG PFLEGE). UND 3.4 Geeignetes Kochgeschirr Verwenden Sie nur Kochgeschirr, das einen für Induktionskochen geeigneten Boden aufweist. Achten Sie auf das Induktions-Symbol auf der Verpackung oder dem Boden des Kochgeschirrs. Sie können die Eignung des Kochgeschirrs mit einem Magneten überprüfen. Wenn der Magnet am Boden des Kochgeschirrs haften bleibt, so ist es für das Induktionskochen geeignet.
Heben Sie das Kochgeschirr immer an, wenn Sie es auf dem Kochfeld bewegen. Schieben Sie es nicht über die Glaskeramik, da Sie diese ansonsten verkratzen können. 3.5 Einen Kochvorgang beginnen VORSICHT! Kochutensilien können aufgrund der durch die Lebensmittel weitergeleitete Hitze heiß werden. Verwenden Sie immer Topflappen oder Backofenhandschuhe zum Umgang mit Ihrem Essgeschirr / Kochgeschirr.
3. Wählen Sie mit den TASTEN ZUR AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN (1) eine Kochzone aus; die Anzeige neben der Taste blinkt. 4. Stellen Sie die Leistungsstärke der ausgewählten Kochzone mit dem GLEITSENSOR / der + und TASTE (3) ein.
3.5.1 Aktivierung der flexiblen Kochzonen Sie können das Kochgeschirr auf eine beliebige Stelle innerhalb des Siebdruck - Musters der flexiblen Kochzone (F / s. Abb. in Kapitel 3.1.1 KOCHZONEN) stellen. Wenn Sie die Brückenfunktion von zwei Kochzonen (z.B. Brückenfunktion von Kochzone A + Kochzone B = flexible Kochzone) aktivieren, muss das verwendete Kochgeschirr einen Mindestdurchmesser von 210 mm aufweisen; nur so lässt sich die Funktion optimal nutzen und ein optimales Kochergebnis erzielen.
3. Berühren Sie eine der beiden entsprechenden TASTEN ZUR AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN (hier im Beispiel: Taste für Kochzone A oder Kochzone B), um die aktive flexible Kochzone auszuwählen und zu steuern (s. Abb. unten). 4. Stellen Sie dann die Leistungsstärke der flexiblen Kochzone mit dem GLEITSENSOR / der + und - TASTE (3) ein.
3. Die flexible Kochfunktion ist deaktiviert. 3.6 Nach Beendigung eines Kochvorgangs 1. Wählen Sie mit den TASTEN ZUR AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN (1 / s. Abb. in Kapitel 3.1.2 BEDIENFELD) die Kochzone(n) aus, die Sie abschalten möchten (z.B. Kochzone B). 2. Schalten Sie nun die entsprechende Kochzone aus, indem Sie die Leistungsstärke mit Hilfe des GLEITSENSORS bzw. der - TASTE auf "0" stellen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anzeige zuerst "0" und darauf den Buchstaben "H" anzeigt (s. Abb. unten). 3.
HÜTEN SIE SICH VOR DER EVENTUELL HEIßEN OBERFLÄCHE EINER KOCHZONE! Die Glasplatte kann heiß werden, wenn sie durch ein heißes Kochgeschirr aufgeheizt wird. Der Buchstabe "H" zeigt an, welche Kochzonen noch heiß sind2. Der Buchstabe "H" erlischt, sobald die entsprechende Kochzone auf eine sichere Temperatur abgekühlt ist. Sie können die Restwärme der Kochzonen auch als Energiesparfunktion nutzen, indem Sie weitere Kochvorgänge auf Kochzonen beginnen, die noch heiß / warm sind.
- 2. Berühren und halten Sie die TASTE (3a) für 3 Sekunden. Die WARMHALTEFUNKTION ist nun aktiviert. Auf der Leistungsstärkenanzeige wird der Buchstabe "A" angezeigt. DEAKTIVIERUNG DER WARMHALTEFUNKTION: 1. Wählen Sie mit den TASTEN ZUR AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN (1) die Kochzone aus, für die Sie die Warmhaltefunktion deaktivieren möchten. - 2. Berühren und halten Sie die TASTE (3a) für 3 Sekunden, um die WARMHALTEFUNKTION zu deaktivieren. Auf der Leistungsstärkenanzeige wechselt die Anzeige von "A" zu "0".
AKTIVIERUNG DER BOOSTER - FUNKTION: 1. Wählen Sie mit den TASTEN ZUR AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN (1 / s. Abb. in Kapitel 3.1.2 BEDIENFELD) die Kochzone aus, für die Sie die BOOSTER - FUNKTION aktivieren möchten (z.B. Kochzone B). Die Anzeige neben der Taste blinkt. 2. Berühren und halten Sie die + TASTE (3b) für 3 Sekunden. Die BOOSTER - FUNKTION ist nun aktiviert. Auf der Leistungsstärkenanzeige wird der Buchstabe "P" angezeigt. 3. Das beschleunigte Aufheizen durch die BOOSTER FUNKTION dauert 5 Minuten an.
Alle Kochzonen können separat mit der BOOSTER - FUNKTION betrieben werden. Wenn Sie die BOOSTER - FUNKTION verwenden, reduzieren Sie bitte vorher die Leistungsstärke der anderen so verwendeten Kochzone innerhalb derselben Gruppe (A bzw. B) auf Leistungsstärke "5" oder niedriger; anderenfalls werden "P" und "9" auf der Anzeige der gewählten Kochzone abwechselnd blinken und die Leistungsstärke "9" wird automatisch eingestellt.
3.9 Sperren der Sensortasten Das Kochfeld ist mit einer TASTENSPERRE ausgestattet. Sie können die Sensortasten sperren, um diese gegen unbeabsichtigte Benutzung als auch gegen die Benutzung durch Kinder zu sichern. KINDERSICHERUNG: Wenn Sie die Tasten vor dem Abschalten des Geräts sperren, sind die Tasten auch nach einem erneuten Anschalten gesperrt. HINWEIS! Wenn die Sensortasten gesperrt sind, sind alle Tasten außer der AN / AUS (ON / OFF) Taste außer Funktion gesetzt.
2. Berühren Sie die STOP+GO - TASTE (6), um die STOP+GO - FUNKTION zu aktivieren. 3. Die Leistungsstärkenanzeigen der Kochzonen zeigen das Symbol "ll" an. entsprechenden 4. Die flexiblen Kochzonen müssen nicht separat eingeschaltet werden, um die BBQ - FUNKTION zu aktivieren. Wenn Sie die BBQ - FUNKTION aktivieren, wird auch gleichzeitig die entsprechende flexible Kochzone eingeschaltet. AKTIVIERUNG DER BBQ - FUNKTION: 1. Wählen Sie mit den TASTEN ZUR AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN (1 / s. Abb. in Kapitel 3.1.
3. Die BBQ - FUNKTION ist deaktiviert und die entsprechende flexible Kochzone wird auf die vorherige Einstellung zurückgesetzt. Wenn Sie die BBQ - FUNKTION deaktivieren, wird die entsprechende flexible Kochzone auf die vorherige Einstellung zurückgesetzt; das bedeutet z.B.: Falls die flexible Kochzone vor der Aktivierung der BBQ - Funktion ausgeschaltet war, ist sie auch nach der Deaktivierung der BBQ - Funktion wieder ausgeschaltet etc.

ALS ZEITWÄCHTER. In diesem Fall schaltet der Timer keine Kochzonen nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit ab. 2. ALS AUTOMATISCHE ABSCHALTUNG.
3. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Zeit mit der + oder - TASTE des GLEITSENSORS (3) ein (s. Abb. unten). a. Berühren Sie die + oder erhöht / vermindert. - TASTE einmal, wird der Wert um 1 Minute b. Berühren und halten Sie die + oder - TASTE, wird der Wert um 10 Minuten erhöht / vermindert. 4. Nach dem Einstellen der Zeit beginnt sofort der Countdown. Das Display zeigt die verbleibende Zeit an und die Timeranzeige blinkt für 5 Sekunden. 5.
MODUS 2 AUTOMATISCHE ABSCHALTUNG EINER / MEHRERER KOCHZONE(N): a: AUTOMATISCHE ABSCHALTUNG EINER KOCHZONE: 1. Berühren Sie mit den TASTEN ZUR AUSWAHL DER KOCHZONEN (1) die Kochzone, für die Sie den Timer einstellen wollen; z.B. Kochzone B, hinten links. 2. Berühren Sie die TIMER - TASTE (2). Die Timeranzeige blinkt und die Zahl "30" wird angezeigt. 3. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Zeit mit der + oder - TASTE des GLEITSENSORS (3) ein (s. Abb. unten). a. Berühren Sie die + oder erhöht/vermindert.
6. Wenn die Kochzeit abgelaufen ist, schaltet sich die entsprechende Kochzone automatisch ab. Wenn Sie nach Abschluss der Programmierung die eingestellte Zeit ändern wollen, müssen Sie wieder bei Schritt 1 beginnen. TIMERFUNKTION DEAKTIVIEREN: Berühren und halten Sie die - TASTE des GLEITSENSORS, bis die Timeranzeige "00" anzeigt (s. Abb. unten). Die Timerfunktion ist nun deaktiviert. WARNUNG! Andere Kochzonen bleiben in Betrieb, falls sie vorher eingeschaltet wurden.
2. Nach Ablauf der gewählten Zeitspanne wird die entsprechende Kochzone automatisch abgeschaltet. Wenn Sie eine Zeitspanne nach beendeter Einstellung ändern wollen, müssen Sie wieder bei Schritt 1 beginnen. 4. Umweltschutz 4.1 Energie sparen Benutzen Sie geeignetes Kochgeschirr. Kochgeschirr mit einem dicken und geraden Boden kann bis zu einem Drittel an Energie sparen. Decken Sie ihr Kochgeschirr ab, wenn möglich; andernfalls verbrauchen Sie das 4-fache an Energie.
5. Hinweise für das Kochen WARNUNG! Lassen Sie beim Braten und Frittieren äußerste Vorsicht walten, da Öle und Fette sehr schnell erhitzen, besonders bei einer hohen Einstellung der Leistungsstärke. Extrem heiße Öle und Fette entzünden sich spontan und stellen somit eine ernsthafte Brandgefahr dar. WARNUNG! Versuchen Sie NIEMALS, ein durch Öl oder Fett unterstütztes Feuer mit Wasser zu löschen. Stattdessen schalten Sie das Gerät ab und ersticken Sie das Feuer mittels eines Deckels oder einer Feuerdecke.
4. Wenden Sie das Fleisch während der Zubereitung nur einmal. Die genaue Garzeit hängt von der Dicke des Steaks sowie Ihrer persönlichen Vorliebe hinsichtlich des Garpunkts ab (medium, medium rare, etc.). Die Garzeit kann also von 2 bis 8 Minuten pro Seite variieren. Drücken Sie auf das Steak, um den Garpunkt zu überprüfen - je fester es sich anfühlt, desto durchgebratener ist es. 5. Lassen Sie das Steak ein paar Minuten auf einem warmen Teller ruhen; so wird es vor dem Servieren richtig zart.

Der Dampf kann in Kontakt mit elektrischen Teilen kommen und so einen Kurzschluss auslösen. STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR! 3.8 Boost function (accelerated heating) Your induction hob is equipped with a BOOST FUNCTION (accelerated heating). The BOOST FUNCTION enables one cooking zone to operate with higher power for 5 minutes. This allows a faster and more powerful cooking. HOW TO ACTIVATE THE BOOST FUNCTION: 1. Select the cooking zone the BOOST FUNCTION of which you want to activate (e.g. cooking zone B) using the SENSORS FOR THE SELECTION OF THE COOKING ZONES (1 / s. chapter 3.1.2 CONTROL PANEL).
HOW TO DEACTIVATE THE BOOST FUNCTION PREMATURELY: After 5 minutes the BOOST FUNCTION switches off automatically. 1. 3.15 How to use the timer YOU CAN USE THE TIMER IN 2 DIFFERENT MODES: 1. AS A MINUTE MINDER. The timer does not switch off a cooking zone. 2. AS AN AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF FUNCTION. The timer switches off the relevant cooking zones as soon as the set time has elapsed. The max. selectable period of time is 99 minutes. When the selected period of time exceeds 99 minutes, the timer will be set back to 0.
4. When you have finished the setting, the count-down of the set time starts. The display indicates the remaining time. The timer indicator flashes for 5 seconds. 5. When the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds for 30 seconds. 4. Environmental protection 4.1 Energy saving Use proper cookware for cooking. Cookware with thick, flat bases can save up to1/3 of electric energy. Remember to cover your cookware if possible; otherwise you will use four times as much energy! Match the size of the cookware to the surface of the heating plate. A cookware should never be smaller than a heating plate. Ensure that the heating plates and the cookware are clean. Soils prevent heat-transfer.
NOTICE! Only use cookware which is suitable to be used on a induction hob; otherwise you will damage the appliance. SIMMERING / COOKING OF RICE: Simmering is cooking with a temperature of approx. 85 0C. At this temperature small bubbles ascend to the surface of the cooking liquid. Simmering is a perfect way to cook delicious soups and stews as the flavours of the food unfold completely without being over-heated. You should also cook egg-based sauces and sauces thickened with flour in this way.
