REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
19. Pump head
Ensure the boiler is fully drained.
Release the screw securing the pump
electrical cover.
Disconnect the electrical harness from the
terminal block, make a note of the L, N and
earth connections and wire colours.

Remove the four Allen bolts (A) securing the
pump at each corner.
19.2
Gently pull the pump towards you and
remove.
To refit, follow the above in reverse, ensuring
that the L, N and Earth connections are
correctly made.
20. Pressure gauge
Ensure the appliance has been fully drained.
Withdraw the spring clip from the pressure
sensing head housing.
Push the pressure gauge bracket up to
release the bracket and gauge from the
frame.
Remove the pressure sensing head and
pressure gauge capillary from the housing.
To refit, follow the above in reverse.
DO NOT forget to fit the washer from the
capillary when fitting a replacement gauge.
Insert the lug on the pressure gauge bracket
into the mounting hole in the frame and pull
down to secure.
21. Drain tap
Ensure the appliance has been fully drained.

Rotate the drain tap fully anticlockwise.
21.2
Withdraw the drain tap from its housing
To refit, follow the above in reverse. Ensure
any seals that have been disturbed are
renewed.
