PRODUCT SAFETY General Power Tool Safety Warnings WARNING: Read all safety warnings and all instructions. GUARD ASSEMBLY Insert the Safety Guard (7) into the slot as illustrated in Fig A; Use two screws to fix the guard securely. NOTE: Make sure the Guard is firmly secured in place H F 2. FRONT HANDLE ASSEMBLY The Front Handle (6) must be assembled before use: 1) Remove the bolt from the Front Handle. 2) Attach the Front Handle to the housing.

Always hold the trimmer with both hands and with the blade away from you before turning it on. When trimming new growth, use a wide sweeping action so that the stems are fed directly into the blade. MAINTENANCE Remove the battery from Hedge trimmer before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or maintenance. Your power tool requires no additional lubrication or maintenance. There are no user serviceable parts in your power tool. Never use water or chemical cleaners to clean your power tool. Wipe clean with a dry cloth.
