SYMBOLS ASSEMBLY
CAUTION! Inspect wiring, which,
if damaged during shipping, may
cause serious bodily injury during
equipment use. If any damage is seen
or suspected, do not assemble. Instead,
contact WORX Customer Service for
assistance. Handle with care during
assembly so that electrical wiring does
not become damaged.
GETTING STARTED
1. Remove the snow thrower and all other
items from the box.
2. Determine the left and right hand sides
of the snow thrower by standing in the
normal operating position.
3. Check all items for shipping damage. If
damage is seen or suspected, or if any of
the parts are missing, do not assemble.
Instead, promptly inform the dealer where
you bought the snow thrower or contact
WORX customer service for assistance.
1. INSTALLING THE HANDLES
1) Loosen and remove the four sets of bolts,
washers, and locking cam levers.
2) Attach the middle handle (10) with the bolts
and lock cam lever (9) to the lower handle
(15). (See Fig. A)
3) Tightening the two Lock cam levers. Check
that the handle is FULLY secured.
(See Fig. B)
The cam lever pressure can be adjusted by
adjusting the lock cam lever (9) clockwise/
counter-clockwise. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
NOTE: Ensure the bolts are fully inserted
through the handles before fitting the handle
knobs.
4) Connect the upper handle to the middle
handle in the same way as described in
step 2 and 3. Use the bolts, washers, and
knobs to secure the connection on both
sides. (See Fig. C,D,E)
5) Attach the cable clips (13) provided, to the
upper and lower handle. Insert the cable
into the clips ensuring there is enough
cable slack. (See Fig. F)
NOTE: The upper handle can be adjusted
to 3 different height positions.
