9.3.4 Phone list

List all the phone records in the phone book according to the sequence of name’s pronunciation and English

letter. After choosing the record, you may press Snd key to dial the telephone, or press OK key to look over

the detailed information. When you press OK key again, you can modify the information about contact.

After you press menu key, you can conduct the operations as follows:

Send as SMS: send SMS to the select number ;

Send as MMS: send MMS to the select number ;

Delete current: delete the phone records that don’t need to be saved;

Send name card : send information about contact with short message way.

Copy : copy the information about contact in the SIM card (mobile phone) to mobile phone (SIM card);

Move : move the information about contact in the SIM card (mobile phone) to mobile phone (SIM card);

9.3.5 Save telephone number

When you dial a new telephone (please refer to section 2.2.1), inquiry the call records (please refer to section

12.1) and look over the short messages, you can select Save number or Extract number in the pop-up menu

to save it in the phone book.

Note: save telephone number menu doesn’t appear in the main menu.

9.4 Creating secret group

At Conatcts window，long press * ，to enter security mode. Enter correct password（Factory default

number is 1234）to enter secret group，if you haven’t ever edit on it，this group is blank.

Activate Option，

Select Find (See Chap. 9.2 to learn how to find);

Select New and set the store position to Phone, roll the roller to find Group, press OK, or select

group icon to enter to group. Press Up and Down to set grouping type as “Secret group”，press on

Select or function left SL or pressOK to confirm. You can also press “Secret group” to edit. Please

see Chap.9.3 for operation details on Name, Mobile, Home, Work, Company, Dept.,Occupation, Fax,

Company address, Birthday, Email, Remark and Mini Stamp, which is same as that in creating a non-secret

group .

Select Edit to edit information of present contact;

Select Copy See Chapt.9.5 for details；；

Select Move See Chapt.9.6 for details；

Select Delete See Chapt.9.7 for details；

选择 Multi-delete See Chapt.9.8 for details；

Select Delete all See Chapt.9.9 for details；

Select Group See Chapt.9.10 for details;

Select My number See Chap.10.11 for details；

Select Memory status See Chap.10.12 for details

Select Show all Display all contacts on phone and SIM, including secret ones. After you confirm it, it

will become Show secret record. If you select it, only the secret content will be shown.

Short pressPwr or fold the device to release from security mode. Both answering or rejecting an

incoming call can make it exit from security mode.

Note: you need to enable security mode first, then you can see “Secret group” menu.

Only select Secret group can you have the secrecy take effect.
