13 Common symptoms
Cell phone notunable to be switched on
 The cell phone is unable to can’t set up the dial- upout and topower off for due to lower battery. Please
and charge the battery
Unable to dial some calls
 The call barring barrier has having been set in the cell phone constraints the use of cell phone, please
check and cancel it.
 Someone is receiving my call
The cell phone has been set to transfer your call to another number, please check and cancel it.
Display information
During the operation, the cell phone may display the error information prompt due to offollowing error
operations as following:
”Insert SIM card”
 It SIM card must be inserted SIM card intothe cell phone before its useing it, or taken out ( If it
isalready inserted), please take it out to for cleanup on its golden area with the gold zone withdry cloth
and then inserted itagain.
”No Network not available”
 Your cell phone is out of the coverage by network (or physical barriers might exist between you and
transmitter), and unable to dial up or receive calls. Please be near to the window when you’re indoors.
”
Emergency call only”
 If your cell phone is not covered bythe service supplier’s network is out of the range, another network at
your locuswithin your area may allows you to dial emergency call subject to the signal intensity.
” Invalid SIM card valid”
 The SIM card of cell phone has been locked up and, which is unable to be received by the cell
phoneisn’t received.. Please insert correct SIM card and or contact with the seller.
”Entering PUK code”
 SIM card has been locked up for enteringdue to a continuous input of the wrong PIN code for three
times. Under such case, a new special Eight special eight-digit PUK code must be applied from the
network supplier to unlock the SIM card from the network supplier(PUK code may be supplied with
PIN code at one time).
Warning: After entering continuously the wrong PUK code for ten times, SIM card will be locked up
for all timespermanently by entering wrong PUK code for ten times. Under such case, Aa new SIM
card will should be applied from the network supplier.
