Warranty Policy
TRIMAX™ WARRANTY POLICY
TRIMAX™, a division of Wyers Products Group, Inc., extends a one (1) year limited warranty
to the original user of all producst containing electrical components. This includes, but is not
limited to, all alarm locks and flashlight keys. These products are warranted to be free from
mechanical and electronic defects for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date.
TRIMAX™ extends a limited lifetime warranty to the original user of all other locks. These
locks are warranted to be free from mechanical defects for the life of the product.
An original sales receipt as proof of purchase must be submitted with all warranty claims.
TRIMAX™ locks are warranted under normal use. This warranty does not cover products
which have been abused, altered, misused, cut or worn, or damaged. Upon return of defective
merchandise, TRIMAX™ may repari or replace the product with a new or refurbished product
at the solde discretion of TRIMAX™. It may take approximately 2-4 weeks to receive
replacement locks.
What is NOT covered:
The following costs, expenses adn damages are not covered by the provisions of this limited
warranty: (i) labor costs including, but not limited to, such costs for the removal and
reinstallation of products; (ii) shipping and freight expenses required to return the products to
TRIMAX™ ; or (ii) any other incidental, consequential, indirect, special and/or puntive
damages, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including, but not limited to strict liability
or negligence), patent ingringement, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such
damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
The maximum liability offered by TRIMAX™ under these warranties is limited to the purchase
price of the product.

Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
