Batteries

Lithium batteries are classified as hazmat under class 9 of all transportation regulations. For shipping and labelling

reasons we require information as to whether or not your product contains a lithium battery and, if so, how it is packed.

- In equipment: If the battery is assembled in the item

- With equipment: If the battery is packed separately with the device it is meant to power

- Standalone: If the product is a battery sold alone or with items it is not meant to power

Additional comments:

- Lithium-ion batteries are rechargeable

- Lithium metal batteries are not rechargeable
