Problem Solution

My computer is not

responding to the

Presenter.

• Make sure the batteries have power and are installed in the

correct orientation.

• Make sure the receiver is fully plugged into your computer’s

USB port.

• Remove and reseat the receiver in your computer’s USB

port.

• There may be interference with the signal. Use the

extension cable to move the receiver to a spot where there

is less interference.
