■ Print the Test Print Pages from the printer’s control panel:
a. Press the Menu keys (labeled 1 or 5) to scroll to the Print
Menu.
b. Press the Item keys (labeled 2 or 6) to scroll to
Configuration Sheet.
c. Press the Enter key (labeled 4).
The configuration sheet pages print.
d. Examine the pages for the following symptoms.
