The following table lists the contents and functions of the Add User Information window.
• Modify: The authorized user information can be modified. Bring the FTP server into pause
by selecting Stop at the FTP Server. Select the user to be modified from the Authorized User
list, and select Modify to display the Change User Information screen.
Display content Function
User Set the name of the user authorized for FTP connection. The user
registered the Security Management function can be set by within 8
characters. Already registered user name cannot be registered.
New Password Input the new password to be used by the authorized user within
eight alphanumeric characters.
Retype New Password Input the same password as the one input as the new password.
Input Queue Set the job queue name, which has been registered by the Queue
Management function. Select it from the pull-down menu.
Comment It is possible to input the information on the authorized user, etc.
Close Cancels the operation and closes the screen.
Reset Resets the input information.
OK Sets up the input information.
