Color Resource File
The following operations are possible for the color resource files, i.e. cntl file and TRC file, used
for printing.
• Creating a new TRC file
• Editing a TRC file
• Copying a color resource file
• Exporting a color resource file
• Importing a color resource file
• Deleting a color resource file
• Color resource file properties
• Select a color resource file
• Deselect a color resource list
The following lists the operating buttons and their functions that are available when System
Directory is selected.
When no color resource file is selected, the Edit, Copy, Export and Delete buttons are grayed out
and disabled.
Displayed button Function
New Creates a new color resource file.
Edit Edits a color resource file.
Copy Copies a color resource file.
Export Exports a color resource file to a removable media.
Delete Deletes a color resource file.
Select All Selects all displayed color resource files. Upon selection, this button changes to
Deselect.
Deselect Deselects the selected color resource file. Upon de-selection, this button
changes to Select All.
