The following lists the operating buttons and their functions that are available when Removable

Disk is selected.

Resources list

The color resource list displays the following information:

• File Name: Displays the file names.

• Type: Displays the file type. The displayed file type is trc or cntl.

• Size: Displays the file size in number of bytes.

• Last Update Date: Displays the update date/time recorded in the file label.

• Access Mode: Displays whether the file access is possible for read & write or for read only.

Color Resource File Restrictions

Some functions are not usable depending on the logon level. Unusable functions are grayed out

to disable selection. The relationships between each menu and logon levels are shown in the

table below.

Displayed button Function

Import Imports a color resource file from the removable media.

Delete Deletes a color resource file.

Select All Selects all displayed color resource files. Upon selection, this button changes to

Deselect.

Deselect Deselects the selected color resource file. Upon de-selection, this button

changes to Select All.
