User Permissions
Permission menu
The Permission menu enables you to set user permissions for the GUI. The Permission menu
displays the following:
Change User Permission
Select the user permission change button to enable you to change operation permissions for
the following users.
• General User
•Operator
• System Administrator
•Maintenance
Maintenance mode is used only by Xerox service personnel.
The system is automatically logged on with operator's permissions just after the printer power
is turned on.
