Consumables
On the Consumables tab, the consumable status and replacement settings are displayed.
Consumables replaced by the operator are listed on the User (left) side of the screen.
Consumables listed under the CE (right) side of the screen must be replaced by your Xerox
customer service representative.
On the PC-GUI, a consumables status table is displayed when Consumables is selected.
Display element Function
(Green)
Consumables are sufficiently available.
(Yellow)
Consumables are nearing the period of replacement.
(Red)
Consumables have reached the end of their service lives. Replace them.
