The Xerox Secure Access Unified ID System USB card reader configuration eliminates the need for the
Authentication Device (also known as the flat box controller). The USB card reader connects directly to the
device controller eliminating the need for a second IP address. Device plug-ins must be installed to enable the
device functionality. The plug-ins are available at the Xerox Secure Access Unified ID System and
WorkCentre 7500 series download pages on www.xerox.com.
Secure Access is compatible with Scan to Home.
