Entry Screen Defaults
Entry Screen Defaults allows the System Administrator to set the default screen to display on the
device when the following hard button is selected:
Services
Job Status
Machine Status
1. At your Workstation, open the web browser and enter the IP address of the device in the Address
bar, and press [Enter].
2. Click on the [Properties] tab.
3. If prompted, enter the Administrator User ID and Password. The default is [admin] and [1111].
4. Click on the [Login] button.
5. Click on the [General Setup] link.
6. Click on the [Entry Screen Defaults] link from the directory tree.
7. The Entry Screen Defaults screen displays.
a. In the Screen Selection area, from the [Services] drop-down menu select one of the
following screen you want to display when the Services button is pressed:
Copy
Services Home
Fax
Server Fax
Workflow Scanning
Email
Internet Fax
b. From the [Job Status] drop-down menu select one of the following screen you want to
dispplay when the Job Status button is pressed:
Active Jobs Tab
Completed Jobs Tab
Note: Only Information Tab screen is available as default for Machine Status.
8. In the Default Walkup Screen area, select one of the following default screen to display when an
user walks up to the device:
Services
Job Status
Machine Status
9. In the Default Screen when Originals are Detected area, from the drop-down menu select the
one of the following screen you want to automatically display when originals are loaded into the
document feeder or placed on the document glass:
None (Take No Action)

Fax
Serv
er Fax
