The network guidelines in this book are not intended to replace the services of
an experienced network engineer.
This manual is organized as follows:
Chapter 1 illustrates the supported network configurations and shows the network
connectors on the EX7750.
Chapter 2 provides guidelines for setting up Windows network servers and UNIX
systems for printing to the EX7750 and for using WebTools.
Chapter 3 describes how to prepare for EX7750 Setup, including planning system
security through access levels.
Chapter 4 describes EX7750 configuration (Setup) from the Control Panel.
Chapter 5 describes EX7750 Setup from a Windows computer.
Chapter 6 describes setting up the EX7750 for WebTools.
Chapter 7 summarizes some administrative features of EX7750 software that
are available for IPX/SPX, TCP/IP, and AppleTalk networks, and offers
troubleshooting hints.
Appendix A describes issues that may occur in setting up the EX7750 and
offers solutions.
