The Service Tools menu contains tools to use for general maintenance and for troubleshooting your
printer. Some service tools are designed for use by, or under the guidance of, a trained service
representative.
Viewing the Firmware Version
To view the firmware version on the control panel:
1. At the printer control panel, press the Menu button.
Note: To navigate through the menu, use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
2. Navigate to Admin Settings, then press OK.
3. Navigate to Service Tools, then press OK.
4. Select F/W Version, then press OK.
5. To return to the Ready screen, press the Menu button.
