●ribbon and tags do not match
●Verify that the ink ribbon
surface is installed correctly
●Reinstall the ribbon
●clean the printer head
●Printer print density setting is
incorrect
●Poor contact of printer head
connector, please turn off power,
and reseat printer head connector
