2. Remove the rubber door gasket by pulling it gently out of the slot that holds it in place taking
care not to damage it. You will have to replace it later. This will expose the (6) screw attachment
holes.
3. Secure the overlay panel in place with clamps - use a soft non-slip pad between the jaws of the
clamp and the door and panel to prevent damage during clamping - DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
4. Strong tape may also be used to help prevent movement
of the panel during installation bu
t
be careful to ensure it will not damage the finish when removed - test a small inconspicuous area
first.
5. In the door frame, there are 6 screw attachment holes. Using a 7/64” drill bit, and the door
frame as a template - drill 6 pilot holes 7/16” deep into rear of the overlay panel. DO NOT drill
deeper than 7/16”.
7. Using the M4 screws supplied and a phillips head screwdriver install one M4 screw into each
hol
e and hand tighten until the head is snugged flush with the frame.
CAUTION: Do NOT over tighten as screws may strip out.

reposition the panel
and re-tighten
the screws.
Do Not Over-Tighten.

8. Remove clamps (and/or tape).
9. Push the rubber door gasket back into place

d re-assemble door back onto the hinges.

LOCATIONS
If the door sags, loosen the two screws located on the bottom of the lower
hinge. With the door open, raise the handle side to level the door and re-tighten the screws.
