If you're having trouble with your DAB radio, here are a few light checks you can make to fix the problem.
No DAB reception
If "no DAB service" appears, please perform a "Factory Reset" to restart the device. Fully extend the antenna and place the unit close to the window
for reception
The reception is weak
Check that the antenna is fully extended to receive the strongest and best possible signal. Move the antenna in different directions to improve recep-
tion.
Check if other electrical equipment (such as microwaves, neon lights) is too close to your device and may cause interference.
No sound
Check if the device is turned on. If the volume is muted, turn the wheel until the sound is heard. If necessary, change the radio station.
The device does not turn on
The battery is weak. Charge the battery and make sure the charging cable is properly connected and the LED is lit to indicate charging.
