Problem Solution

Device does not turn

 Check that the power supply is plugged in properly.

 Check that the power cable is properly connected to the unit.

 Pull out the plug, wait 1 minute, and then reconnect the plug.

No Sound

 Make sure the audio cables are properly connected to the correct in-

puts.

 Increase the volume

 Press MUTE on the remote control to turn on the sound.

 Press Play / Pause

The Keys have no

function

Turn off the power supply and unplug the power cord. Then reconnect the

plug to the power supply and turn it on again

Remote Control de-

fect

 Replace the batteries.

 Use the remote control within the specified range (max 5 meters and

30 degrees).

USB Device not

found
