English
Notes
1. Please confirm the voltage of your electronic device before charging.
2. Keep the product away from extremely hot, cold, flammable or damp places.
3. Please charge your external battery every four months to avoid shortening its
lifespan.
4. During the charging process, approximately 20% of external battery’s total ca-
pacity will be consumed, including power lost from circuit heat and voltage
conversion within the external battery (approximately 6%) and the charging
cable and your device (approximately 14%). This efficiency rate is 15% higher
than the industry average of 35%.
5. To prevent damage and shorten the charge time of the MPB1500/MPB2000
external battery, please use the original AC adapter.
6. If the MPB1500/MPB2000 does not respond when a device is plugged in to
charge or the power button is pushed, try charging it. The MPB1500/MPB2000
automatically shuts down in the event of a short circuit or other circumstances
harmful to the battery. Charging the MPB1500/MPB2000 will reset it.
7. The Voltage selection does not control the USB charging output ports (USB
outputs are always 5V), so you do not need to select a voltage when using
them.
8. Simultaneous charging and discharging, although supported and not in any
way dangerous, will slightly reduce the external battery’s lifespan.
If the MPB1500/MPB2000 fails to charge:
Check to ensure that the adapter connection is secure.
If the MPB1500/MPB2000 fails to charge other devices:
A. Check to ensure that the connection between the MPB1500/MPB2000 and the electronic device is
secure.
B. Check to ensure that the MPB1500/MPB2000 still holds a charge, and recharge when remaining
power is low.
C. Check to ensure that the MPB1500/MPB2000 voltage is compatible with the electronic device's
required charge voltage and/or you have selected the appropriate voltage output.
How can I identify the voltage for my device?
Please refer to its instruction manual, the charging adapter that came with it or the manufacturer's
website.
Which USB charging port should I use to charge my device?
Thanks to PowerIQ technology, each USB charging port can charge any device at full speed – no
need to decide between them.
My phone needs to charge at 1A, will your 4.5A USB charge output damage my phone?
No, the charging output will never exceed the charging capacity of the device connected to it
