This product incorporates copy protection technology that is protected by U.S. and
foreign patents, including patent numbers 5,315,448 and 6,836,549 and other
intellectual property rights. The use of Macrovision’s copy protection technology in
the product must be authorized by Macrovision. Reverse engineering or disassembly is
prohibited.

Tablet PCs and accessories are designed to optimize safety, minimize strain,
and withstand the rigors of portability. However, to further reduce the risk of personal
injury or damage to the unit, certain precautions should be observed. The information
in this document applies to the Motion Computing LE-Series and LS-Series Tablet
PCs unless noted otherwise.
Product Mounting and Installation Disclaimer
Motion Computing shall not be liable under any theory of liability (including, without
limitation, contract, tort or statutory law) for any loss, damage, personal injury, or
other damage of any nature (including, without limitation, direct, special, incidental or
consequential damages) arising directly or indirectly as a result of improper or
inappropriate placement, installation, or use of its products or any other application. In
order to safely install and use Motion

products, full consideration of occupants,
systems (e.g., the location of fuel lines, navigation systems, brakes lines, electrical,
drive train or other systems), air-bags and other back-up, warning or safety equipment
