Environmental statements
Review the following environmental statements:
The extraction and use of natural resources are required in the production of the equipment you
purchased. The equipment may contain hazardous substances that could impact health and the
environment if not disposed of using environmental disposal systems available in your region.
To prevent the dissemination of those substances in our environment and to diminish the
impact on the natural resources, we encourage you to use appropriate take-back environmental
disposal systems. Those disposal systems will reuse or recycle most of the materials of your
end-life equipment in compliance with current environmental conventions.
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol prompts you to use those environmental disposal
systems.
If you need more information about collection, disposal, reuse, and recycling systems,
please contact your local or regional waste administration.
