short press to scroll the options.

to confirm selection.
Marking Lap / Location
During recording, press to mark a new LAP or mark the current
location to the current recording session. the Xplova E7 will display the latest LAP
data for 5 seconds."

Upper Screen Data:
LAP caption、LAP average heart rate、LAP average cadence、LAP average
speed
•
Lower Screen Data:
LAP number、LAP distance、LAP time
