Core Distribution, Inc. offers a Five Year Limited Warranty. Core Distribution, Inc. will replace your Xtend+Climb® Telescoping Ladder should it fail due to
defects in material or workmanship, under normal conditions and use to the original owner of the Xtend+Climb® Telescoping Ladder.
the Five Year Limited Warranty is conditioned upon the ladder being operated under normal conditions and use, and properly maintained in accordance
with the owner’s manual (as supplied with the Xtend+Climb® Telescoping Ladder).
Xtend+Climb® Telescoping Ladders are tested to withstand normal wear and tear，but are not indestructible and can be damaged by misuse and neglect.
Our warranty will not covr wear and tear misuse, and/or abusive treatment.
FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY DETAILS
Core Distribution, Inc., warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of
purchase. This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from: abuse, abnormal usage for which it was not designed，usage beyond normal wear
and tear(where worn parts should have been replaced), misuse, and unauthorized alteration(s).
This limited warranty does not cover “wear and tear” items that should be maintained/replaced by the customer during normal usage.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the product is used inaccordance with the manufacturer ’s guidelines detailed in the labels and instruction
manual, supplied with the product. Failure to do so will invalidate the warTanty.
In the event of any defect which shall be determined by Core Distribution, Inc., this product will be repaired or replaced at Core Distribution, Inc.’s option
without charge. A receipt is required to validate your waηanty. The obligation to repae or replace ths product at Core Distribution Inc.’s option shall be the
company's only obligation with respect to defects in this product. To affect this warranty, the product must be returned, packaged in a protective manner,
PREPAID, together with sales slip or othproof of purchase.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH STATES THE FULL OBLIGATION OF CORE DISTRIBUTION INC., GIVES YOU CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU
MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. CORE DISTRIBUTION, INC. SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
MERCHANTABILITY.
