The tablet has to connect to the network every 30 days,
otherwise, the diagnosis app will be locked and disabled until
the device is connected to the network.
Q12: FAILED UPDATE APP
1. The update progress is stuck
It is recommended to cancel the update and download it again
after changing the network
2. There is no download option after the download process is
completed
It is recommended to change the network, and the APP
upgrade prompt will reappear when the network is stable. If the
