Data transmission to
USB memory device
does not work
Data transmission to
USB printer device does
not work
Cause Remedy
– Connected USB memory device
has not been recognized, e. g.
– the USB memory device has
been formattet to a file sys-
tem which is not supported
(e. g. NTFS)
– Use other USB memory
device
– Reformat the USB memory
device to FAT 16 or FAT 32
file system
(Caution
: Reformatting
erases all data on the USB
memory device. Back up all
data before reformatting.)
Cause Remedy
– The USB-B interface is con-
nected to a PC
– Connected USB memory device
does not work
– Disconnect the PC from the
USB-B interface
– Use a suitable USB printer
device (see section 4.12.3)
– Check printer settings (see
section 4.12.3)
– Check software version of
the HandyLab 680 (see sec-
tion 6.1).
Update the firmware of your
meter to version 2.15 or
higher (see section 9.1)
