When calling for technical support, have as much of the following information ready
as possible:
Station ID# from the documentation or the label on the c ontroller board
Radio Name from the documentation or t he label on the radio modem
Model Number of the product experiencing problems
Serial Number of that product and for the SIT65 field station
Purchase order num ber that the equipment was purchased on
The Global W ater sales order number or invoice number
Repair instr uc tions and/or specific problems relating to the product
Be prepared to des c r ibe the problem you are experiencing including spec ific details
of the application, installat ion, and any additional other pertinent informat ion.
In the event that the equipment needs to be returned to the fac tory for any reason,
please call to obt ain a RM A# ( Return Material Author iz ation). Do not r eturn items
without a RM A# dis play ed on the outside of t he package. Include a written
statem ent describing the problems.
