2 OVERVIEW
The YSoft SafeQ Terminal Professional has a graphic touch‐screen and is equipped with a four‐port network
adapter.


asPINcodecanbeusedforauthenticationinsteadofcards.Terminalissuppliedwithanexternalpowersup‐
ply(includedinthepackage).
Thecardreaderisareplaceablemodule:therearemanydifferentstandardsandtypesofidentificationcards,
bothcontactlessandcontactcards,andthereadermustbecompatiblewiththem.
TheterminalscommunicatewiththeYSoftSafeQserveroverthenetworkusingaTCPchannelandneedstobe
configuredinordertowork.


