2. Using a C-clip tool, remove the two C-clips from the lens shafts (see Figure 7-
18).
3. Remove the lens
assembly by rotating
the focus screw while
pulling the assembly
up and off of the lens
shafts (see
Figure 7-
18).
4. Remove the eight #2
Phillips-head screws
from the optical
assembly front plate
(see
Figure 7-19).
5. Carefully separate the
optical assembly by
folding the front plate
back toward the
sensor bracket (see
Figure 7-20).
