Recommended Applications: Used switching
requlator applications in computers. Especially for
high frequency.

After applying rated voltage with rated ripple current for 6000 horus at 105°C, the capacitors shall
meet the following requirements.
(a) Capacitance Change : Within 25% of Initial Value
(b) Dissipation Factor : Not more than 200% of spedied value
(c) Leakage Current : Not more than the specied value
Shelf Life : After placed at 105°C without voltage applied for 1000 hours, the capacitors shall meet
the same requirement as Endurance.
