ATS-1030 Quick Start Guide

Before assembling and connecting, make sure you have received all of the following items.

Placement

Place the sound bar in front of or below your TV, either with or

without a stand, at least 2'' away from your TV.

The sound bar may also be mounted on a wall, using the

included mounting template and commercially available

screws. Refer to the Owner’s Manual for additional mounting

instructions.

NOTE

• Becarefulnottostackthisunitwithanyothercomponents,asvibration

may cause system disruption in other components.

Watching TV Connections 1. 3. Connect the TV and sound bar with the optical cable (supplied). Remove the cap of the optical cable and check the direction of the plug. 4. Turn on the TV and set the volume to minimum. Disable the TV’s built-in speaker output (if available). HINT 2. If a setting to disable the speaker output is not available on your TV, you may disable it by connecting headphones to the headphone jack on the TV. For details, refer to the instruction manual of the TV.
