Formato dei dati MIDI
MIDI Master Volume
• Cambia simultaneamente il volume di tutti i canali.
• Quando viene ricevuto un messaggio MIDI master volume, il volume
ha effetto soltanto sul canale di ricezione MIDI, non sul master
volume del pannello.
F0H = Exclusive status
7FH = Universal Realtime

Quando viene ricevuto un messaggio ON nel modo General MIDI, il
sistema MIDI verrà riportato alle sue impostazioni di default.
Questo messaggio richiede circa 50 millisecondi per l’esecuzione, per
cui bisognerebbe lasciare passare un tempo sufficiente prima di inviare
il messaggio successivo.
7. SYSTEM EXCLUSIVE MESSAGES (XG Standard)
(1) XG Native Parameter Change
Data format: [F0H] -> [43H] -> [1nH] -> [4CH] -> [hhH] ->
[mmH] -> [llH] -> [ddH] -> [F7H]
F0H = Exclusive status
43H = YAMAHA ID
1nH = When received, n=0~F. When transmitted, n=0.
4CH = Model ID of XG
hhH = Address High
mmH = Address Mid
llH = Address Low
ddH = Data

La dimensione dei dati deve corrispondere con quella del parametro (2
o 4 bytes).
Quando viene ricevuto un messaggio XG System On, il sistema MIDI
dovrebbe essere reimpostato sulle regolazioni di default.
Il messaggio richiede all’incirca 50 millisecondi per l’esecuzione, per cui
bisogna lasciare intercorrere un tempo sufficiente prima di inviare il
messaggio successivo.
(2) XG Native Bulk Data (reception only)
Data format: [F0H] -> [43H] -> [0nH] -> [4CH] -> [aaH] ->
[bbH] -> [hhH] -> [mmH] -> [llH] ->
[ddH] ->...-> [ccH] -> [F7H]

• La ricezione del messaggio XG SYSTEM ON causa la reinizializzazione
di parametri rilevanti e dei valori di Control Change. Lasciate un tempo
sufficiente (circa 50 millisecondi) per l’elaborazione prima di inviare al
Clavinova un altro messaggio.
• Il messaggio XG Native Parameter Change può contenere due o
quattro bytes di dati di parametro (secondo la dimensione del parametro).
• Per le informazioni riguardanti i valori di Address e Byte Count, fate
riferimento alla Tabella 1 sotto riportata. Dovete notare che il valore
Total Size della tabella vi fornisce la dimensione di un bulk block (blocco
dati). Soltanto l’indirizzo superiore del blocco (00H, 00H, 00H) è valido
come indirizzo di bulk data.

Data format: [F0H] -> [43H] -> [73H] -> [xxH] -> [11H] ->

Master Tuning (priorità XG e ultimo messaggio) cambiano
simultaneamente il pitch di tutti i canali.
