know that the engine oil level is suf-
ficient.

Fuel level warning light “ ”
(CW50N)
This warning light comes on when only
the last two segments of the fuel meter
are displayed, approximately 1.5 L
(0.40 US gal, 0.33 Imp.gal) of fuel re-
mains in the fuel tank. If this occurs, re-
fuel as soon as possible.
TIP
● Do not allow the fuel tank to empty
itself completely.
● The last segment of the fuel meter
and the fuel symbol will flash when
the fuel tank is nearly empty.
● The electrical circuit of the warning
light can be checked as follows.
Turn the key to “ ”. If the warning light
does not come on, have a Yamaha
dealer check the electrical circuit.
