Conceptos básicos del DME Designer Gracias por adquirir el DME64N/DME24N/DME8i-C/DME8o-C/DME4io-C, SP2060. En este manual, la abreviatura “DME” hace referencia a DME64N/DME24N/DME8i-C/DME8o-C/ DME4io-C/DME8i-ES/DME8o-ES/DME4io-ES. En este manual, la abreviatura “DME Satellite” hace referencia a DME8i-C/DME8o-C/DME4io-C/DME8i-ES/DME8o-ES/DME4io-ES.
Red de sistemas de audio DME En un sistema de audio que incluye una o más unidades DME y/o unidades SP206, el “espacio de control” se organiza de forma lógica a través de los conceptos de “área”, “zona” y “grupo de dispositivos”. El espacio que cubren los sistemas completos es un “área”, mientras que los espacios sónicos independientes de dicha área se denominan “zona”. Un grupo de unidades DME o SP2060 asignado a la misma función se considera un “grupo de dispositivos”.
Aplicación de software DME Designer La aplicación de software DME Designer ofrece una práctica interfaz central para crear y controlar los sistemas de audio basados en DME. Si se conecta el ordenador en que se ejecuta la aplicación DME Designer a un sistema principal del grupo, se podrán controlar varios dispositivos de forma simultánea. Con DME Designer, los sistemas de audio de DME se pueden diseñar y configurar a través de una interfaz de diagrama de bloques global en la pantalla del ordenador.
■ Parámetros predeterminados El conjunto de parámetros correspondiente a todos los componentes de una configuración se conoce como “parámetros predeterminados” de dicha configuración. ■ Escenas Una configuración y sus parámetros predeterminados constituyen una “escena”.
Datos que gestiona un sistema de audio DME ■ Estructura de datos DME Datos globales comunes Ajustes de enlaces de escenas Ajustes necesarios para la operación de enlace de escenas entre varios grupos. Datos de cada grupo de dispositivos Ajustes de botones definidos por el usuario Ajustes necesarios para controlar los parámetros de los componentes desde el panel de DME64N/DME24N o ICP1. Se pueden registrar hasta 24 parámetros para el control.

NOTA Las unidades SP2060 independientes suelen gestionar las escenas por separado, pero la función Scene Link (enlace de escenas) se puede establecer desde DME Designer para permitir la operación de enlace de escenas. Consulte “Administrador de enlaces de escenas” en la página 146.
Cambios principales entre la versión 1.0 y la versión 1.1 ■ Ventana del panel principal • En vez de la antigua función Parameter Link (enlace de parámetr os), ahora hay dos funciones: una función Global Link (enlace global) que vincula los parámetr os de todas las unidades DME en una zona y una función Local Link (enlace local) que vincula los parámetr os de una única unidad DME.
Cambia de V1.1 a V1.2 ■ Ventana del panel principal • El algoritmo de sincronización se ha perfeccionado para acelerar la sincronización. • Ahora la sincronización puede ejecutarse desde DME a DME Designer sin interrupciones de sonido.

Cambios entre la versión 1.2 y la versión 2.0 ■ General • Compatibilidad añadida a la unidades DME8i-C/DME8o-C/DME4io-C, SP2060 y MY16-CII. • Se han añadido “grupos de dispositivos”, o grupos con el mismo tipo de dispositivo, en el nivel inferior de la zona. • Ahora es posible tener un dispositivo principal por grupo de dispositivos, en lugar de un dispositivo principal por zona. Esto implica que se pueden tener varios dispositivos principales en una sola zona.
• Se ha añadido una pantalla de frecuencia de muestreo a la barra de estado de la ventana de configuración. Cambios entre la versión V2.0 y la versión 3.0 ■ General • Compatibilidad con DME8i-ES/DME8o-ES/DME4io-ES. • Los instaladores de DME Designer y el controlador de red de DME-N se han combinado, por lo que la versión del controlador de red de DME-N adecuada ahora se instala automáticamente con la aplicación DME Designer.
■ Ventana Designer (Diseñador) • Ahora se puede definir un color de fondo “claro” para los objetos de texto, cuadro y elipse (página 243, página 245, página 247). • Al abrir un cuadro de diálogo User Module Properties (Propiedades de módulos de usuario) se requiere una contraseña o al guardar/exportar en un módulo de usuario al que se haya aplicado seguridad. • Las aplicaciones de software enlazadas ahora se pueden iniciar desde el menú contextual del componente Slot (página 231).

Capítulo 1 Antes de la utilización Instalación de DME Designer Para poder conectar el software del DME Designer a la unidad DME o SP2060, antes debe instalar el controlador USB MIDI o el controlador de red DME-N, en función de cómo se vaya a conectar, y a continuación realizar los ajustes necesarios. Para obtener instrucciones sobre la instalación y configuración de DME Designer y el controlador de red DME-N y sobre la instalación del controlador USB-MIDI, consulte el “Manual de instalación del DME”.
Capítulo 1 Antes de la utilización 2 Haga clic en [▼] a la derecha del cuadro [User] (usuario) y seleccione uno. Si no se ha creado ningún usuario, en la lista sólo aparecerá [Administrator] (administrador). Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Ventana Designer La ventana Area (área) incluye una o varias ventanas Zone (zona), que a su vez incluyen una o varias unidades DME o SP2060 utilizadas para crear zonas dentro del área. A continuación aparece la ventana Configuration (configuración), en la que se crea la configuración interna de cada unidad DME o SP2060.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Ventana Zone Esta ventana se utiliza para diseñar zonas dentro de un área. Una zona es un plan más concreto que incluye al menos una unidad DME o SP2060. Muestra las conexiones de DME con otros dispositivos y el cableado entre ellos. Se pueden crear varias zonas. Las unidades DME y SP2060 y los dispositivos conectados se organizan en cada ventana de zona creando configuraciones.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Ventana Toolkit Esta ventana muestra los objetos que se pueden utilizar en cada ventana que se puede ver en la ventana Designer. Dichas ventanas son Area, Zone, Configuration y User Module. La ventana Toolkit muestra diferentes objetos en función de la ventana que se encuentre activa en ese momento. Para colocar un objeto en una ventana, haga doble clic en la ventana Toolkit en la que aparezca o arrástrelo a la ventana activa.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Editor de componentes Los bloques que se organizan en la ventana de configuración se denominan “componentes”. Al hacer doble clic en un bloque de componentes organizado en la ventana Configuration, se abre la ventana Component Editor. En ella se pueden editar los parámetros correspondientes al componente. Los tipos de parámetros mostrados varían en función del componente.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Usuarios y seguridad Se pueden crear varios usuarios en DME Designer y ajustar las funciones que podrá utilizar cada uno de ellos. Aunque los usuarios que van a diseñar y aunar las instalaciones deben saber utilizar todas las funciones de DME Designer, aquellos que sólo vayan a utilizar el sistema pueden limitarse a funciones que no les permitan cambiar accidentalmente los ajustes. DME Designer se utiliza con un solo usuario conectado a la vez.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Inicio de sesión El cuadro de diálogo de inicio de sesión aparece cada vez que se inicia la aplicación o que un usuario cierra sesión. Cuando ya está conectado un usuario, ya no puede iniciar sesión otro usuario. Para iniciar sesión como un usuario distinto, es necesario en primer lugar cerrar la sesión del usuario conectado. NOTA A menos que desee restringir el acceso de forma específica, se recomienda activar el inicio de sesión automático.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Cierre de sesión El cierre de sesión se utiliza para cambiar usuarios. Al cerrar sesión, el documento que se está editando en ese momento se cierra y aparece el cuadro de diálogo de inicio de sesión para que el siguiente usuario pueda iniciarla. Cierre sesión con el comando [Log Off] del menú [File] situado en la ventana del panel principal. 1 Haga clic en el menú [File] ➞ comando [Log Off] de la ventana del panel principal.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Archivos que utiliza DME DESIGNER La aplicación DME Designer utiliza los siguientes archivos. Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Guardar archivos de proyecto Los archivos de proyecto se guardan a través del menú [File] → comandos [Save] (guardar) y [Save As] (guardar como) de la ventana del panel principal. El comando [Save] sustituye la versión previamente guardada del archivo. Con el comando [Save As] puede asignar un nombre nuevo al archivo antes de guardarlo. Cuando guarda el archivo con un nombre nuevo, puede protegerlo mediante una contraseña.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer 7 [Save as type] (guardar como tipo) Selecciona el formato del archivo que está guardando. Al guardar archivos de proyecto incluidos archivos Wave configurados para Wav File Player, seleccione “Project File with wave (*.daf)” (archivos de proyecto con wave). De lo contrario, seleccione “Project File (*.daf)”. 8 [Security] (seguridad) Protege los archivos con una contraseña.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Guardar archivos de proyecto 1 Haga clic en el menú [File] ➞ [Save] de la ventana del panel principal. Si ya hay un archivo guardado con el mismo nombre, se sustituirá. Cuando guarde un archivo de proyecto por primera vez, debe asignar un nombre al archivo antes de guardarlo. Se abre el cuadro de diálogo “Save As”, al igual que cuando se hace clic en el menú [File], comando [Save As].
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Protección de un archivo de proyecto con contraseña Cuando se guarda un archivo de proyecto con un nombre nuevo, puede crear una contraseña para protegerlo. Si se ha configurado una contraseña, se solicitará un ID y una contraseña cuando se abra el archivo. Los ajustes de seguridad de un archivo no se pueden cambiar volviendo a guardarlo con el mismo nombre. Sólo se pueden cambiar si se guarda el archivo con un nombre distinto mediante el comando [Save As].
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Abrir archivos de proyecto Los archivos de proyecto se abren a través del menú [File] → comando [Open] de la ventana del panel principal. Puesto que el archivo que se encuentra abierto en ese momento debe cerrarse para poder abrir uno nuevo, aparece el cuadro de diálogo con el mensaje “Project file has been modified. Save?” (El archivo de proyecto ha cambiado. ¿Guardar?).
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Abrir un archivo de proyecto con la seguridad configurada Si se ha configurado la seguridad para un proyecto, el cuadro de diálogo “Enter ID & Password” (introducir el ID y la contraseña) aparecerá al hacer clic en el botón [Open] del cuadro de diálogo “Open”. Introduzca el ID y la contraseña del archivo en los cuadros correspondientes y haga clic en el botón [OK].
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Hacer doble clic en el icono del archivo de proyecto Al hacer doble clic en el icono del archivo, éste se abre. Si no se ha iniciado DME Designer, se iniciará en este momento. Después de iniciar la sesión, el archivo de proyecto se abrirá. Al igual que con el comando [Open], si ya se ha iniciado DME Designer, el archivo abierto en ese momento debe cerrarse para que se pueda abrir otro.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Archivo de datos DME Importa los ajustes del archivo de datos DME a una unidad DME o SP2060 incluida en la configuración actual. 1 Activa la configuración de la unidad DME o SP2060 que se va a importar. Si existen varias configuraciones disponibles, a través de la ventana Navigator se puede seleccionar la configuración de DME o SP2060 que se va a importar.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Submenú [Import Device Configuration] Los grupos de dispositivos incluidos en la configuración actual, así como las unidades DME o SP2060 que contienen, aparecerán en el submenú [Import Device Configuration] (importar configuración dispositivo). Seleccione [Create New Group] (crear nuevo grupo) para crear un nuevo grupo de dispositivos. La opción [Create New DME] (crear nueva DME) crea una unidad DME nueva e importa los ajustes.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Exportación de datos de DME Exporta los parámetros de una unidad DME o SP2060 incluida en la configuración actual y los guarda como un archivo. 1 Activa la configuración de la unidad DME o SP2060 que se va a exportar. Si existen varias configuraciones disponibles, a través de la ventana Navigator se puede seleccionar la configuración de DME o SP2060 que se va a exportar.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer ■ Submenú [Export Device Configuration] Las unidades DME o SP2060 incluidas en la configuración actual aparecerán en el submenú [Export Device Configuration] (Exportar configuración dispositivo). Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer NOTA • Sólo aparecerán los archivos Wave y de imágenes que esté utilizando el archivo de proyecto abierto. Todas las plantillas de módulos aparecerán en TemplateUserModule. • Siempre se exportarán el archivo del proyecto y los archivos de imágenes, por lo que no se puede suprimir la marca de estas casillas. Asimismo, se exportarán siempre los ajustes de DME Designer, por lo que no aparecen aquí.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Procedimiento para crear configuraciones La configuración es un diagrama de diseño que determina la configuración de DME. Al transferir estos datos, la unidad DME funciona. Siga el procedimiento que se indica a continuación para crear una configuración de DME Designer. Las configuraciones de SP2060 se pueden seleccionar en los datos predeterminados de escena, pero no se pueden editar.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer Conexión en línea Puede conectar la unidad DME o SP2060 al ordenador y transferir las configuraciones, las escenas y los parámetros creados con DME Designer a la unidad DME o SP2060. También puede leer datos de la unidad DME o SP2060 en DME Designer, sincronizándolo con el estado de la unidad DME o SP2060.
Capítulo 2 Descripción general de DME Designer 6 Recuperación de escenas. Al cambiar al estado en línea, la escena se recupera. El número de la escena aparece en la columna [Scene Number] (número de escena) y el nombre en Scene Name (nombre de la escena). Si aparece [--------] en [Scene Name], la escena se recupera. NOTA Como la unidad SP2060 tiene datos predeterminados de escena, esta confirmación no es necesaria.

Las unidades DME y SP2060 incluidas en el grupo de dispositivos actual se muestran en la lista [Designer] del cuadro de diálogo “Synchronization”. El nombre de la operación que se va a deshacer mediante [Undo] se muestra en el nombre de comando. También se pueden seleccionar los comandos que aparezcan después de ese. Cuando no sea posible deshacer una operación, el comando aparecerá difuminado en gris. ■ [Redo] (rehacer) Restablece el estado que existía antes de ejecutar el comando [Undo] (Deshacer).

Si los parámetros predeterminados incluidos en una escena no se utilizan en otra escena, aparecerá el mensaje “Delete preset?” (¿borrar preajuste?). Si no necesita los parámetros predeterminados, haga clic en el botón [OK].

Si se selecciona una escena vacía y el contenido se almacena ahí, se crea una escena nueva. Si ya hay almacenada una escena en el número de escena seleccionado, ésta se sobrescribirá.
Capítulo 3 Ventana del panel principal ■ Lista de parámetros predeterminados Muestra los parámetros predefinidos de cada unidad DME para la escena seleccionada de la lista. Cuando se selecciona otra escena de la lista, el contenido de la lista de parámetros predeterminados cambia. Se pueden modificar los parámetros predeterminados utilizados en la escena haciendo clic en los botones de opción situados a la izquierda de los nombres de éstos.

Los controles que se crean se denominan “controles de usuario”. Los controles de usuario creados se muestran en [View] (ver) → submenú [User Control] (control de usuario) de la ventana del panel principal.

Haciendo clic aquí, se pueden seleccionar los caracteres del nombre, lo que permite cambiarlo. ■ Security Level (nivel de seguridad) Muestra el nivel de seguridad establecido para cada control de usuario. Si se hace clic aquí, aparece una lista en la que se puede modificar el nivel de seguridad. ■ User (usuario) Muestra el nombre del usuario especificado en User Control.

[User Level]/[User Name] (nivel de usuario/nombre de usuario) Utilice los botones de opción a la izquierda para seleccionar el nivel de seguridad o el control dependiente del usuario.
Capítulo 3 Ventana del panel principal Enlace de parámetros Acerca de los enlaces de parámetros Puede agrupar parámetros del mismo tipo y enlazarlos. Esos grupos se denominan “enlaces de parámetros”. Cuando se cambia uno de los parámetros de un grupo, los demás parámetros del grupo cambiarán de la misma manera. Existen tres tipos de enlaces de parámetros: globales, locales y de componente. Los enlaces globales enlazan los parámetros de las unidades DME de un grupo de dispositivos.
Capítulo 3 Ventana del panel principal Lista de grupos de enlaces de parámetros Muestra una lista jerárquica de los parámetros y los grupos de enlaces de parámetros que les pertenecen. Cuando se selecciona el nombre de un grupo de enlaces de parámetros, se seleccionan los controles que pertenecen a dicho grupo. • Nombre del grupo Puede seleccionar un nombre de grupo de enlaces de parámetros haciendo clic en el mismo.
Capítulo 3 Ventana del panel principal Sincronización (Sincronización de DME Designer y de las unidades) La unidad DME o SP2060 y DME Designer se sincronizan mediante el procedimiento de sincronización. La unidad DME o SP2060 funciona conforme a la configuración e información de escena que se transfiere en este proceso. Esta sincronización se utiliza cuando se transfiere la configuración realizada en DME Designer y cuando se controla la unidad DME o SP2060 en tiempo real.
Capítulo 3 Ventana del panel principal Cuadro de diálogo “Synchronization” (sincronización) Cuando se hace clic en el comando [Synchronization] del menú [Tools] (herramientas), aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Synchronization”. Los datos de Designer del grupo de dispositivos actual están sincronizados con la unidad DME o SP2060. Aquí puede realizar los ajustes de sincronización individual de la unidad en DME Designer con la unidad DME o SP2060 que realmente existe en la red.

Botón [DME Designer → Device] Se realizará una comprobación de regularidad entre los datos del grupo de dispositivos actual y los datos DME o SP2060. A continuación, el estado de la comunicación pasa a en línea.

Puede establecer programaciones para eventos que se vayan a ejecutar a una hora concreta y para eventos que se vayan a repetir periódicamente.

El 29 de febrero no se puede poner ya que sólo aparece cada cuatro años, cuando sea año bisiesto. [Time] (hora) Define la hora en que se iniciará el evento.

Mediante la entrada y salida GPI, las unidades DME se pueden controlar de forma remota desde los controladores personalizados o los equipos externos. El número de puertos GPI depende del tipo de dispositivo. Para cada unidad DME se establecen entradas/salidas GPI.

El mezclador digital se comunica en serie con una unidad DME del grupo de dispositivos, y esa unidad DME controla todas las demás unidades DME del grupo.

NOTA La máscara de subred se establece en “255.255.255.0”.

Utility Muestra y establece el estado de bloqueo de la pantalla Utility. Los ajustes son “Unlock” (desbloquear) y “Lock” (bloquear).

Scene Store Muestra y establece si las operaciones de almacenamiento de escena se pueden realizar en una unidad DME64N/24N. Los ajustes son “Enable” (activar) y “Disable” (desactivar). Enable: El almacenamiento de escena es posible. Disable: El almacenamiento de escena no es posible. Last Mem.

Están disponibles los siete parámetros siguientes: HA Control(422): Control de principal amplificador externo (sólo RS-422). MIDI(232C): Controlado con los comandos MIDI utilizando RS-232C.

Cuando se hace clic en [Word Clock] en el menú [Hardware], aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Word Clock”.

Sólo se puede establecer cuando está en línea. De forma predeterminada es la fecha y la hora del ordenador. Establezca la fecha en el cuadro de la izquierda y la hora en el de la derecha. También se puede configurar el horario de verano. NOTA No afecta a las unidades SP2060.

[Start] (Inicio) establece el día de inicio y [End] (Fin) establece el día de inicio como el enésimo lunes, martes, miércoles, jueves, viernes, sábado o domingo del mes. Por ejemplo, el primer domingo de abril se especifica como [First] [Sunday] [April] y el último domingo de octubre se especifica como [Last] [Sunday] [October].

También puede ajustar los objetos, o alinearlos automáticamente con la cuadrícula al arrastrarlos. Cuando se hace clic en el comando [Grid] (Cuadrícula) del menú [Tools] (Herramientas), aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Grid”, en el que puede activar o desactivar la presentación de la cuadrícula y ajustar su intervalo y forma.
Capítulo 4 Designer Exportación de cada ventana de diseño En lugar de guardar archivos de proyecto completos, puede extraer la información contenida en la ventana activa mediante el comando [Print] (Imprimir) → [Export DXF] (Exportar DXF) de la ventana Designer y guardarla en un archivo con el formato DXF. Estos nombres de archivo tienen la extensión “.dxf”. Puesto que el formato DXF utiliza el formato estándar de los archivos CAD, se puede abrir con software de CAD.

Capítulo 4 Designer Impresión de cada ventana de diseño Puede imprimir el contenido de cada ventana de diseño tal y como aparece en la pantalla. El contenido de la ventana se ampliará o se reducirá según sea necesario para adaptarse al tamaño y a la orientación del papel, y se imprimirá en una hoja de papel. Los comandos relacionados con la impresión se encuentran en el menú [Print] (Imprimir) de la ventana Designer.

Capítulo 4 Designer Cambio del orden Los objetos recién colocados en la hoja aparecerán encima de otros objetos colocados anteriormente con los que queden solapados. Puede cambiar este comportamiento mediante el comando [Display Order] (Orden de presentación) del menú [Edit] (Edición). Seleccione el objeto para el que desee cambiar el orden de presentación y, a continuación, seleccione el comando oportuno en el submenú [Display Order] del menú [Edit].
Capítulo 4 Designer Dibujo y edición de líneas Línea Los objetos que están dispuestos en las hojas de las ventanas Configuration o User Module se pueden conectar entre sí por medio de líneas. Esto no sólo permite conectar lógicamente fuentes de señales (lado de salida) y destinos de señales (lado de entrada), sino que también permite dibujar conexiones y líneas independientes en la pantalla. Cada línea tiene, al menos, dos nodos de línea. Los nodos se unen mediante segmentos de línea.
Capítulo 4 Designer Cancelación de la selección de un segmento de línea Si selecciona otro objeto o una ubicación vacía de la hoja, se cancelará la selección del objeto en el que hizo clic anteriormente. También puede cancelar las selecciones manteniendo presionada la tecla mientras hace clic.
Capítulo 4 Designer Zona interactiva Los pequeños rectángulos blancos situados en los bordes de los objetos se denominan “zonas interactivas”. Las líneas normalmente se conectan a zonas interactivas. Zonas interactivas • Algunas zonas interactivas no disponen de una conexión a una señal lógica en el hardware. • Las zonas interactivas de los componentes y módulos de usuario normalmente incluyen conexiones lógicas. • Las zonas interactivas de los dispositivos externos no incluyen conexiones lógicas.
Capítulo 4 Designer Ajustes de dibujo Hay disponibles varias funciones que contribuyen a asegurar un dibujo exacto de las líneas. ■ Cuadrícula Para dibujar con precisión en relación con la cuadrícula, active la opción [Snap to Grid] (Ajustar a cuadrícula) en el cuadro de diálogo “Grid” (Cuadrícula).

No se realizarán conexiones automáticas en otros objetos.

Si lo arrastra a un segmento de línea, se creará un nodo allí. Nodo creado Conexión lógica Una conexión entre una señal de fuente (lado de salida) y una señal de destino (lado de entrada) se denomina “conexión lógica”.
Capítulo 4 Designer Cómo agregar, eliminar y cambiar el nombre de una zona Un área incluye al menos una zona. En la ventana Area predeterminada, esa zona se denominará [Zone1]. En un área se pueden disponer varias zonas. Cuando se hace clic en el comando [Zone Manager] (Zona) del menú [Tools] (Herramientas), aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Zone”, en el que puede agregar, eliminar o cambiar el nombre de una zona.

Puede mostrar la [Area Parts List] (Lista de partes del área) en el menú [Tools] o en el menú contextual que aparece cuando se hace clic con el botón derecho del ratón en la hoja.
Capítulo 4 Designer ■ Barra de título Muestra el nombre de la zona que aparece en el cuadro de diálogo “Zone Manager” (Administrador de zonas). En un proyecto recién creado siempre hay una zona denominada [Zone 1]. ■ Configuración Puede crear varias configuraciones en una zona, pero no se pueden disponer en la ventana Zone. Los dispositivos se pueden organizar en la ventana Zone común a varias configuraciones. Para cambiar de configuración, haga clic en la configuración deseada en la ventana Navigator.
Capítulo 4 Designer Colocación de DME o SP2060 En la ventana Toolkit, los iconos [DME24N], [DME64N], [DME8i-C], [DME8o-C], [DME4io-C], [DME8i-ES], [DME8o-ES] y [DME4io-ES] se encuentran en la carpeta [DME] y se coloca un icono [SP2060] en la carpeta [Speaker Processor]. Estos iconos se pueden arrastrar a la ventana de zona. ■ Colocación de ICP Como ocurre con la unidad DME o SP2060, para colocar un ICP consiste en arrastrar el icono desde la ventana Toolkit.
Capítulo 4 Designer Configuration Window (Ventana Configuration) La ventana Configuration se utiliza para disponer los componentes en la hoja y para realizar conexiones lógicas. Aparece cuando se hace doble clic en una unidad DME o SP2060. NOTA Las configuraciones de SP2060 no se pueden editar.
Capítulo 4 Designer Colocación de componentes Puede colocar los objetos arrastrándolos desde la ventana Toolkit. También puede colocar los objetos haciendo doble clic en los mismos en la ventana Toolkit. Los mismos objetos se muestran en el submenú [Component List] del menú [Tools] o en el menú contextual que aparece cuando se hace clic con el botón derecho del ratón en la hoja.
Capítulo 4 Designer ■ Ventana de configuración de SP2060 Botón [Input A/B Link] (enlace de entrada A/B) Aunque las configuraciones de SP2060 no se pueden editar, es posible cambiar el estado de [Input A/B Link]. Al hacer clic en este botón de forma alterna, se activa y desactiva el enlace de entrada A/B. Cuando se activa, los parámetros del nivel de entrada, el EQ y el componente de retardo se copian de la entrada A a la B y quedan enlazados en lo sucesivo.
Capítulo 4 Designer Se seleccionará el puerto de salida en el que ha hecho clic y comenzará la monitorización. Objeto de monitor Si hace clic en otro puerto de salida, cambiará la ubicación monitorizada. ■ Selección de canal izquierdo/derecho Para monitorizar simultáneamente los canales izquierdo y derecho, presione la tecla y haga clic en el canal izquierdo, y repita el procedimiento para el canal derecho.
Capítulo 4 Designer Show Signal Delay (valor de presentación de retardo) La señal sufrirá un retardo según el tiempo de procesamiento del procesador de audio. El comando [Show Signal Delay] del menú [Tools] calcula un valor de retardo del componente y lo muestra. Al seleccionar este comando se activa o desactiva la presentación del valor del retardo. La marca se ilumina cuando la visualización está activada.
Capítulo 4 Designer Lista de puntos de monitorización Cuando se hace clic en el comando [Monitoring Point List] del menú [Tools], aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Monitoring Point List”. Aquí puede registrar o modificar los puntos para monitorizar con auriculares. NOTA Los puntos de monitorización sólo los pueden modificar los usuarios que tengan activada la casilla de seguridad [Edit]. ■ Botón [Cut] (cortar) Corta la información del punto de monitorización seleccionado.
Capítulo 4 Designer ■ Lista de puntos de monitorización Muestra la información del punto de monitorización y permite modificarla. [No.] (número) Muestra los números de los puntos de enlace del monitor. Los números se asignan en orden empezando por arriba. [Label] (etiqueta) Muestra los nombres de los puntos de monitorización y permite modificarlos. Al hacer clic aquí se selecciona el texto. Ahora puede escribir un nombre nuevo.
Capítulo 4 Designer Analyze (análisis de configuración) Cuando se hace clic en el comando [Analyze] del menú [Tools], o en el botón [Analyze] de la barra de herramientas, aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Analyze”. Las conexiones de línea de la ventana de configuración activa actualmente se analizan y los resultados se muestran en el cuadro de diálogo “Analyze”.
Capítulo 4 Designer User Module (Módulo de usuario) Módulos de usuario Un módulo que se trata como un único componente y que combina una serie de otros componentes se denomina “módulo de usuario”. Un módulo de usuario se puede disponer en la ventana Configuration como cualquier otro componente. La edición de un módulo de usuario consiste en colocar el componente y realizar conexiones lógicas con líneas, de la misma manera que se hace con las configuraciones.
Capítulo 4 Designer 4 Aquí puede ajustar las propiedades de los objetos. [Inputs/Outputs Sets] (Conjuntos de entradas/salidas) se ajusta a 1. Ajuste el número de puertos deseado. 5 Haga clic en el botón [OK]. Se creará un módulo de usuario y se colocará en la ventana Configuration. Las propiedades del módulo de usuario también se podrán modificar más adelante. Para obtener más información sobre el cuadro de diálogo “User Module Properties”, consulte “User Module (Módulo de usuario)” en la página 234.
Capítulo 4 Designer Guarde el módulo de usuario mediante el comando [Save User Module] del menú [Tools]. El comando [Save User Module] sólo se puede utilizar cuando se ha seleccionado un módulo de usuario en la ventana Configuration. Cuando se selecciona el comando aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Save User Module”. Introduzca un nombre para el módulo de usuario y haga clic en el botón [OK].
Capítulo 4 Designer Botón [Set Password] (Ajustar contraseña) Permite cambiar la contraseña. Al hacer clic aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Input Password”. Introduzca la contraseña actual y haga clic en el botón [OK]. Aparecerá el cuadro de diálogo “Set Password”. Introduzca la misma contraseña en el cuadro [Password] (Contraseña) y en el cuadro [Confirm Password] (Confirmar contraseña) y haga clic en el botón [OK].
Capítulo 4 Designer Edición de módulos de usuario Los módulos de usuario se pueden editar en User Module Window. La disposición de los componentes y las conexiones lógicas se configuran en la hoja de cálculo de diseño. La hoja de cálculo de diseño se puede abrir seleccionando [Open User Module Design Window] (abrir ventana de diseño del módulo de usuario) en el menú contextual correspondiente a los módulos de usuario de la ventana configuración.
Capítulo 4 Designer ■ Colocación de una serie de componentes del mismo tipo Puede disponer una serie de componentes del mismo tipo. Si existen dos o más componentes del mismo tipo, se adjuntarán números a sus nombres de la siguiente manera: “Compressor (2)”, “Compressor (3)”, etc. Los diversos componentes colocados en la configuración son independientes y es posible ajustar diferentes parámetros para cada uno de ellos.
Capítulo 4 Designer ■ User Module Settings Muestra los ajustes para el módulo de usuario seleccionado en la lista. Para cambiar los ajustes, haga clic en el botón [Change settings] (Cambiar ajustes) para abrir el cuadro de diálogo “User Module Settings” (Ajustes de módulo de usuario) (página 306). Double Click Action Muestra la acción predeterminada cuando se hace doble clic en los módulos de usuario de la ventana de configuración.
Capítulo 4 Designer ■ Botón [Export] Guarda los datos de los módulos de usuario (cableado/conexión de componentes, biblioteca y datos del editor de módulos) en un archivo de exportación de módulos de usuario. Haga clic para abrir el cuadro de diálogo Export. Todas las funciones de esta ventana son las mismas que las del cuadro de diálogo para guardar archivos Windows estándar, excepto la opción [Export Library] (Exportar biblioteca).
Capítulo 4 Designer ■ Group/Name Muestra el nombre de grupo de módulos de usuario de preedición y el nombre de módulo de usuario. ■ User Module Name Especifica el nombre de módulo de usuario. NOTA Como el nombre de módulo de usuario se utiliza como nombre de archivo, los caracteres que no se pueden utilizar para nombres de archivo no se pueden emplear para nombres de módulo de usuario.

Los ajustes de la etiqueta se realizan en el cuadro de diálogo “Component Properties” (propiedades del componente). Para obtener información sobre las etiquetas de los componentes, consulte “Componentes” (página 226) en “Objetos”. ■ Botón Back (atrás) Este botón aparece en la ventana secundaria de ventanas que tienen relaciones principalsecundaria, y puede utilizarse para volver a la ventana principal.

La tecla aumenta el ajuste y la tecla lo reduce. • Tecla Cuando se pulsa la tecla , los números introducidos se confirman.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Editor de control del usuario y de módulos de usuario Editor de control del usuario La función de control del usuario le permite establecer un conjunto de controles de componentes en la ventana Configuration o User Module y crear una ventana de control. Los controles del editor de control del usuario están vinculados a los controles del componente original. Si se cambian los parámetros en el editor de control del usuario, cambiarán de la misma forma en el editor de componentes.
Capítulo 5 Componentes ■ Menú [User Control] Los controles del usuario aparecen en el submenú [View] → [User Control] de la ventana del panel principal. Al hacer clic en el botón [User Control] del panel principal, aparece el mismo menú que con el menú [View] → submenú [User Control]. User Control Name (nombre del control de usuario) Muestra un menú de controles de usuario incluidos en la configuración actual de la zona actual. Al hacer clic en uno de los controles de usuario se abre el editor.
Capítulo 5 Componentes 4 Definición de la seguridad de User Control. Se proporcionan distintos ajustes para niveles de seguridad y usuarios individuales. La seguridad no puede definirse en un valor superior al nivel de seguridad del usuario. NOTA Si la casilla de verificación [Open User Control at startup] está activada, se abrirá automáticamente el control de usuario cuando se abra el archivo de proyecto. Haga clic en el botón [User Level] [▼] para seleccionar un nivel de seguridad.

El nivel seleccionado aparecerá en el cuadro [Security Level].
Capítulo 5 Componentes ■ Ajustes de seguridad del usuario En el cuadro de diálogo “Security” del panel principal se pueden establecer los niveles de control con los que autorizar o prohibir la edición y la visualización. Un usuario puede editar los controles si se ha marcado la casilla [Operation Security] → [Edit] para ese usuario. Los controles de usuario con un nivel igual o inferior al configurado en [Operation Security] → [User Control Level] (nivel de control del usuario) aparecen en el menú.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Nombres y funciones ■ Barra de estado El icono de candado aparecerá en User Module cuando esté activa la seguridad. → Propiedades de User Module (página 234). → User Module (página 299). El icono de candado aparecerá cerrado cuando no se haya introducido la contraseña, y no se podrán editar los diseños en modo de diseño. El icono de candado no aparecerá si no está marcada la casilla [Enable Security] (habilitar seguridad) del cuadro de diálogo “Properties”.
Capítulo 5 Componentes ■ Paleta de edición La paleta de edición aparece automáticamente cuando el editor de control o de módulos está activo en el modo de diseño. Cada vez que se mueve el editor de control o de módulos del usuario, la paleta de edición se desplaza al mismo tiempo. Cuando se desactiva el modo de diseño, la paleta desaparece. Los comandos para editar del editor de control o de módulos del usuario se encuentran en la paleta de edición.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Botón [Align To Bottom] (alinear abajo) Alinea todos los controles seleccionados con el borde inferior del control situado más abajo. Botón [Align Horizontally] (alinear horizontalmente) Este botón sólo se puede utilizar cuando están seleccionados tres o más controles. Organiza los controles en una línea horizontal uniforme.
Capítulo 5 Componentes ■ Ajuste de la rejilla Al organizar los controles, puede alinearlos en la rejilla. Este menú ajusta los espacios de la rejilla. Rejilla = 10 Rejilla = 20 Al hacer clic en el botón [▼] aparece un menú. Haga clic en el menú para ajustar los espacios de la rejilla. Seleccione [OFF] para desactivar la rejilla.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Configurar imágenes de fondo en Windows El color predeterminado para el fondo de la ventana del editor de control o de módulos del usuario es negro, el mismo que para la ventana del editor de componentes. No obstante, puede cambiar el color o mostrar una imagen en el fondo. Estos ajustes se realizan en el cuadro de diálogo “Background Image”.
Capítulo 5 Componentes ■ [Image] (imagen) Muestra una imagen para el fondo. Puede utilizar los siguientes formatos de archivos de imagen: BMP (.bmp), PNG (.png), XPM (.xpm) y JPEG (.jpg). Utilice el botón [Select Image] (seleccionar imagen) para elegir un archivo de imagen. Botón [Select Image] Al hacer clic aparece el cuadro de diálogo “Select Image”. Aquí puede seleccionar un archivo de imagen para que aparezca como fondo de ventana.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Colocación de los controles Los controles se pueden colocar cuando se está en el modo de diseño. Es posible activar y desactivar el modo de diseño haciendo clic en el editor de control, de módulos o de componentes, y a continuación hacer clic en el comando [Design Mode] del menú contextual que aparece. Puede colocar los controles arrastrándolos desde el editor de componentes o utilizando de los comandos de copiar y pegar.
Capítulo 5 Componentes NOTA Si arrastra controles de tipo mandos, guías, cuadros de edición y etiquetas que muestran tipos de parámetros y los coloca uno a uno en el editor de control del usuario, deben organizarse en éste. Si selecciona varios elementos y los arrastra, puede copiarlos como un grupo en el editor de control del usuario y mantener su disposición original.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Organice los controles en el editor de control del usuario. ■ Colocación de los controles arrastrándolos (editor de módulos del usuario) Puede arrastrar los controles que desee copiar desde la ventana del editor de componentes del módulo al editor de módulos del usuario. 1 Cree un módulo de usuario y a continuación organice y conecte sus componentes. 2 Haga doble clic en los componentes y deje abiertas las ventanas del editor de componentes que aparecen.
Capítulo 5 Componentes ■ Colocación de los controles con las funciones de copiar y pegar Copie los controles del editor de componentes y péguelos en el editor de control o de módulos del usuario. Para copiar controles en el editor de componentes, pulse las teclas de método abreviado del comando [Copy], + . Para pegarlos en el editor de control o de módulos del usuario, pulse las teclas de método abreviado del comando [Paste], + , o bien el botón [Paste] de la paleta de edición.
Capítulo 5 Componentes ■ Imposibilidad de copiar Independientemente de si arrastra o utiliza las funciones de copiar y pegar, no se pueden crear varias copias de un mismo componente. Si arrastra controles que ya se han copiado al editor de control o de módulos del usuario, el puntero del ratón cambiará a una marca de “no disponible” (un círculo con una barra diagonal), lo que indica que no es posible copiar.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Desplazamiento y alineación de controles En el editor de control o de módulos del usuario, se pueden mover y alinear los controles copiados. ■ Selección de controles En el editor de control o de módulos del usuario, los controles se seleccionan de la misma forma que en el editor de componentes. Haga clic en un control para seleccionarlo o presione y haga clic para seleccionar varios. Si utiliza y hace clic en el control seleccionado, la selección se anulará.
Capítulo 5 Componentes Controles Cut/Copy/Paste Puede editar los controles organizados en el editor de control o de módulos del usuario con los comandos [Cut], [Copy] y [Paste] de la paleta de edición. ■ Cut Corta los controles organizados en el editor de control del usuario. Capítulo 5 Componentes Uso de los comandos Undo (deshacer) y Redo (rehacer) durante la edición Los comandos [Undo] (hacer) y [Redo] (deshacer) del menú [Edit] (edición) de la ventana del panel principal y los comandos [Undo] y [Redo] de la paleta de edición se pueden utilizar para hacer o deshacer operaciones de desplazamiento, cambio de nombre, cambio de tamaño y eliminación de controladores. NOTA Una vez cerrada una ventana del editor ya no se podrán deshacer ni rehacer las operaciones allí realizadas.

Le permite cambiar el tamaño, la orientación y otras características del control deslizante relacionado.

Puede definir el color del botón, su tamaño y la fuente. [Color] Seleccione un color de la lista: [White] (blanco), [Red] (rojo), [Yellow] (amarillo), [Green] (verde), [Blue] (azul) o [Violet] (violeta).

Le permite cambiar el tamaño y la orientación de la medida de nivel relacionada.

Le permite cambiar el tamaño y el estilo de la línea relacionada. Size Con [Width] (Anchura) y [Height] (Altura) se establecen la anchura y la altura de la línea en incrementos de píxel.

Le permite especificar la escena que se recuperará con el botón y otras características.

Capítulo 5 Componentes Library (Biblioteca) Los parámetros del editor de componentes, el editor de control del usuario y el editor de módulos de usuario se pueden guardar como archivos de biblioteca. Al leer un archivo de biblioteca guardado, se pueden restablecer todos los parámetros del editor al estado que tenían cuando se guardó el archivo. La operación que consiste en guardar un archivo de biblioteca se denomina “almacenamiento”, mientras que la de restablecer los ajustes se denomina “recuperación”.

Cuando hay varios controles seleccionados se pueden agregar varios parámetros a un grupo simultáneamente.

Los grupos de componentes se pueden crear con el editor de componentes y los componentes se pueden añadir al grupo como se estime oportuno. Los nueve tipos son: compander hard (compander duro), compander soft (compander blando), compressor (compresor), de-esser (supresor de eses), ducking (reductor), expander (expansor), gate (puerta), limiter (limitador) y program ducker (reductor de programa).
