REMOVING THE SWINGARM ASSEMBLY

WARNING
Securely support the motorcycle so there is
no danger of falling it over
1. Elevate the rear wheel by placing a suitable
stand under the engine.
2. Remove:
• Rear shock absorber
Refer to the “REAR SHOCK ABSORBER”
section.
3. Remove:
• Rear wheel
Refer to the “REAR WHEEL REMOVAL”
section.
4. Remove:
• Brake hose guides 
• Mud guard
5. Remove:
• Protector (Brake caliper) 
• Brake caliper assembly 
6. Remove:
• Chain case 
• Chain guide 
• Chain guard 
