POWER VALVE
1. Lubricate:
• Power valve connecting rod 
• O-rings 
• Gasket seal 
• Bushes
(Power valve shaft contact surface)
• Power valve surface 
2. Install:
• Power valve holder (Left) 
• Gasket seal 
(to left power valve)
• Dowel pins 
• Power valve (Left  and right )
(to cylinder block)
• Bolt (Power valve)
3. Tighten:
• Bolt (Power valve) 
NOTE:
When tightening the power valve connecting
bolt , lock the valve by insterting a wooden
pice  into the exhaust port.
4. Install:
• Power valve holder 
5. Check:
• Power valve operation
Unsmooth operation

Repair.
Molybdenum Disulfide Grease
Lightweight Lithium-soap base
grease
Bolt (Power Valve):
7 Nm (0.7 m•kg; 5.1 ft•lb)
Bolt (Power Valve Holder):
7 Nm (0.7 m•kg; 5.1 ft•lb)
