11. Install:
• Hoses (Inlet  and outlet )
REMOUNTING THE ENGINE
Reverse the “ENGINE REMOVAL” procedure.
Note the following points:
1. Install:
• Engine assemb
(to right side)
• Mounting bolts
NOTE:
• Apply lithium soap base grease to the
pivot shaft.
• Temporary tighten the bolts before tighte-
ning them to specification.
2. Install:
• Spacer collar 
• Drive sprocket 
• Lock washer 
• Nut (Drive sprocket) 
• Drive chain
NOTE:
Before installing the spacer collar  apply
grease to the oil seal lip.
Union bolt:
8 Nm (0.8 m•kg, 5.8 ft•lb)
Pivot shaft :
90 Nm (9.0 m•kg, 65 ft•lb)
Bolt  (Rear

Lower):
33 Nm (3.3 m•kg, 24 ft•lb)
Bolt  (Front):
58 Nm (6.8 m•kg, 42 ft•lb)
Bolt  (Engine stay

Upper):
33 Nm (3.3 m•kg, 24 ft•lb)
Nut (Drive sprocket):
60 Nm (6.0 m•kg, 43 ft•lb)
